Was inside. Service was fast and efficient. Place is large, a bit gloomy, could use better lighting, typically pretty empty. Great place to meet, talk, not be rushed. Love their cold caffeinated blueberry lemonade ice tea w blueberries in it. Always bewildered by the insanely long drive through line!! In a town of “climate aware” how do the people justify idling their cars for probably close to 1/2 hr not to speak of the line blocking a whole lane of Post Rd!! Traffic mess and dangerous to cars driving in lane. Run in and get your coffee! Only in Fairfield County! SB, you should monitor this and cut off line when it spills out to this major road!

I wish I could leave a lower review for the food. That was hot garbage. I got the pumpkin spice cold brew and I gotta say that cold brew tasted like it been sitting out there for weeks.

Review for my visit on June 4th 2021 at 5:40 PM. The young lady in the evening shift was rude and wouldn't turn on the microwave to warm up the croissant when closing time is 7:30 PM. When asked for a coffee stopper, she said "we won't carry plastic in westport while handing over cold coffee in a plastic cup". Phewwwwwwww
