I came in with high expectations for a great experience, but the workers didn't seem to be in the mood for customer service this visit. I asked for things that didn't involve chocolate, and they told falsely assured me what didn't have chocolate. I received my ice large ice cream and tried to eat on location. To my discovery, they managed to put some kind of chocolate topping on my ice cream. I spoke out loud, and that's when they asked for the ice cream back and used a sample spoon to scoop the chocolate topping off. They didn't even offer me a brand new ice cream. Please stay away if you have allergies cause they don't accommodate them. No manager on duty EVER

I recently visited Sunny Daes and tried the mango and coconut combo—it was absolutely delicious! The creamy coconut paired perfectly with the sweet, juicy mango, creating a refreshing tropical treat.
The barista was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I couldn’t resist getting some ice cream as a little treat for her smile! Overall, it’s a fantastic place with great flavors and lovely service. I’ll definitely be returning for more! Highly recommended!

Got a sundae from here yesterday and it came with no nuts on it, when i asked for them to be added i was charged an extra dollar for them. $10 for a sundae is crazy to me

I LOVE this place! Everything is incredible! The quality never falters and I always come back to Sunny Daes for ice cream. The people are also really nice and I’ve never had a bad experience with them.
Insanity. That’s the best word I can think of to describe ordering a cake from Sunny Daes Westport or Norwalk. I love their ice cream and I used to love their cakes:however something has changed. When you order a cake with two flavors you..:.you will undoubtedly get a cake with 90% of one flavor and 10% of the other. Call me old school but the cakes I’m used to buying cakes that are relatively 50/50 so I don’t think this is a far stretch for an expectation. This is not the first time and for $30 a cake this is disappointing. Norwalk is the same apparently the Fairfield is the only one that gets it correct. Sad because I love the ice cream so much and want to enjoy the cakes but these cakes are not worth it. Today I ordered a cake with cookies and cream and vanilla for my niece. Her favorite flavor is cookies and cream and the cake was 90% vanilla. Come on Sunny Daes …. You can do better!
