compliments on your excellent sea scallops. Most places including restaurants sell "counterfeit" sea scallops which are generally Mako shark, (almost no fiberosity, very soft, and much worse taste) but Superior Seafood sells the real thing, and they are excellent. Fresh, perfect level of fiberosity, excellent taste. A++. The ones I bought the other day were really outstanding. I cooked them in coconut oil from Stop & Shop which worked out very well, better than butter...
