Ordered online and was given pick up time 25 min after the order. Also got an email that my order was completed but 15 min after that my order is still being worked on. We have been sitting here waiting for our food along with a few others.There are 2 employees who cannot handle the flow of customers and the online orders at the same time. This system is very inefficient. The ladies behind the counter were very sweet and obviously freaking out.

Save your money: make your own food or order elsewhere. Absolute garbage. Completely unethical to even make people pay for this nonsense. There’s so much wrong with this “harvest bowl” that I refuse to let them take up my time after taking my money. “Roasted” sweet potatoes WHERE?!?! These are RAW!!!!! Taste? Awful. Visual appeal? Missing. Portions? Minuscule. BOOOOOOO SWEETGREEN. You know better.
