Need to go back again and order more items. It was late afternoon when I went to the store and they had one cake and icing type thing in a bowl and several cupcakes. I tried two cupcakes and the cake bowl. All were very good. Icing was creamy and extremely buttery but delicious. Cake was firm and had nice flavor. They had several vegan options also.

I ordered what they claimed as “best birthday cake”! Spending almost $70 for a very oily/fatty cake my family and I would not want to take a second bite out of!!! Feels like it would clog up my arteries instantly. Worst cake ever! The owner thinks that it’s personal preference! We brought the almost whole cake back as the owner requested. She didn’t even offer refund! Eww, never again. Thanks.

As someone who cannot eat gluten without getting sick (non-celiac), I'm not sure how this place doesn't already have 5 stars. These are the best gf cupcakes I've ever had and trust me, I've had a lot of GF desserts. Even my brother who can eat gluten said they dont taste gf, thats how good they are. The salted caramel chocolate chip cookies are phenomenal too.

They have excellent products, the problem is there hours are, at best, estimated hours… Sometimes they’re supposed to be Open, but they’re closed. They never answer the phone, I’ve left two messages for calls back In the past few months, never get a return phone call. The service people are very nice but not very well. Inform on specific questions one would have cakes, etc. hence for the owner to call back or someone to call back.
The Cake Box gluten free and nut free cakes are the best around! Even when compared to gluten rich baked goods. Superb! Moist, flavorful, lovely cakes. Thank you Cake Box for making our family reunion such a success!

I ordered a custom chocolate chocolate cake. I could’ve done better myself with Duncan Hines. The frosting was less than average. The cake itself was OK, but I think Duncan Hines was better. I served it to three of my family members and they all agreed that it was not as good as Duncan Hines.
I did buy a couple of brownies while I was there, and those were good. However, the service was not very good. I particularly asked why I needed to keep it out of the refrigerator for three hours before serving, and they could not answer my question until I asked it a third time

As someone with a nut allergy, this place is the best shop in town for dietary restrictions but still wanting to enjoy dessert. Great flavors of cupcakes and we love the granola. Staff can be a little pressuring, so sometimes it’s awkward.

The cup cakes are amazing, the best gluten free cakes and cup cakes but the management of their business is not helpful. They never answer the phone and if you left the message they don't return the calls soon. Also the hours of business are very inconvenient specially for people who work. Again great product with very bad management.
