“This is a Korean review. Very delicious! This is a Jjambbong restaurant… The Jjamppong, which is filled with plenty of seafood in a very rich broth that brings out the fiery flavor, has become a regular for $16. The pork is delicious and the cafe menu is also delicious, so I even have dessert.

I am Korean. You should try jjamppong! Gorgeous taste with seafood!

“I’ve been to Ichiban many times and it is one of my favorite restaurants in Hartford. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, the food is fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is laid back. Their bento boxes are a great value and you can sample different things like glass noodles, gyoza, a roll and seaweed and squid salad plus your entree. I’ve also had their stir fry and other dishes, though today I’m sharing pics of take-out and they just never, ever disappoint. Everything is perfect!“

He warmly interacted with everyone at the table, guided us through the ordering process, and even prepared several dishes right at our table, allowing us to try a wide variety of options. The environment was clean and inviting, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. “The food is excellent and the two women behind the counter are very nice and accomodating. I love Korean food and this place does not dissapoint! I got the Bulgogi and my wife got the Bi Bim Bap (with crispy rice ?) and they were both very good and authentic. They do have seating inside (some tables/booths and bar style seating) but it is more of a take out set-up. Only plastic utensils. Would definately go again“
