Great sandwiches, fresh bread and premium ingredients. We had the Catania and the Siracusa. Both were excellent. Particularly liked the Catania. Nice bright location. Very convenient to Interstate 91. Call ahead.

On the road, between Massachusetts where we spent a few days in January 2024, and JFK airport, we visited Wethersfield, a small historic town in Connecticut. The place is charming, especially on Main Street, where you can find a range of attractive businesses. Our favorite remains Lenoci's Italian Kitchen, a real pizzeria set up in a small house.Big surprise when we entered, seeing part of the local Italian-American community seated there! The pizzas are very generous and made on site in dedicated ovens. For a little over $40 for 3 people, we really enjoyed ourselves. I chose Lenoci's Spinach Special with spinach, potatoes, sausages and mozzarella in a small size: it's the equivalent of a family pizza in Paris. I recommend it, but we had to take half the order with us in packages because we were full!Very pleasant and available service. It is very possible that we will come back next time, if the opportunity arises, and when the temperatures are milder ?...

Warning - this restaurant is freezing cold in winter. I went in January, and when I got home afterwards, I had to sit in front of my heater for a while to warm up. The 2 heaters I saw in the seating area of the restaurant were positioned at least 10' up the wall, so all the heat came out of them and rose straight up into the cathedral ceiling above. Not to mention the front door opening and letting in more cold air. My legs and feet were like ice; and I am used to a cool house. I will never go back in cold weather. All they need is a few portable floor heaters for people's legs; the $14 price of a sandwich ought to cover that. We tried different tables; cold everywhere. I noticed the place didn't have many customers in there, so maybe everyone is so cold they don't go back. Seems a shame.Vegetarian options: They have things like lentil soup, eggplant sandwich, meatless pizza.
