The second I stepped in the door the woman who was at the front was incredibly rude. She did not make eye contact. She rushed us to a spot in the back and threw the menus on the table hard. I must’ve waited at least 10 minutes before she gave me some water. Moments later I asked her where the bathroom was. She said nothing to me as she pointed into the direction of the restroom. when I got back to my table, she started aggressively, sweeping all around the area of which I was sitting; banging the broom against the tables and chairs. I’m not sure what her problem was; today is Valentine’s Day and maybe she got stood up?( I see why) Either way she just cost this business some money as I will never return and I hope many others see this review. I spoke to the manager and she did nothing to correct the servers behavior, simply nodding and grabbing me a warm bowl of miso soup. This establishment needs to fire this young woman before she chases more customers away with her horrible attitude.

The food here was great. The menu has a lot of variety and it was a great meal. The 4 stars is just for the service and atmosphere. We came to eat dinner during a rainy evening. The service was very slow. The take out orders and people waiting for them were filling the front area by the door. It was hard to get staffs attention for a table initially and same goes once seated. Regardless of a busy rush, the food was great and we’ll likely be back to try more.

I was in the Wilton area and came to Reiki Sushi & Asian Bistro for dinner. Service was good and the food was delicious.The sushi ? was fresh and the tofu teriyaki was one of the best I ever had. I also had their shrimp udon and drunken noodle and both were tasty.
