We Ordered online from this Chinese restaurant this evening, it said 20 minute wait time, one hour went by and we did not receive our order or was contacted by them, we called them a total of 7 times, each time they stated that they were transferring us to there manager, then we would be disconnected, I called them again and they tried to give me the run around again, I told them that we would be contacting our credit card to dispute this order, after nearly 2 hours after making our order a delivery driver showed up to our house, we had already purchased our food from another restaurant and contacted our credit card provider, so I told them that we didn’t want the order, I will never order from them again

Called the day before to confirm poo poo platter had shrimp toast. They said two shrimp toast. Ordered the next day and no shrimp toast or chicken wings. They gave me a bunch of chicken fingers instead and no dipping sauce or any duck sauce packets. Not cool. I spent over $50.00

worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! Not only did I get all the way back home to realize they only gave me part of my order. I had to run all the way back to Winsted and get the rest of it. When I got the other girl laughed and said oh I forgot it real funny. The food was disgusting had no flavor. Broccoli was harder than a rock, the chicken fingers were so dough. It was disgusting never ever ever eat there again.

Excellent food, but even more excellent customer service. This business has accommodated me and my family time and time again. Most recently, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong dish. The manager not only made me something new, but he was so kind and understanding about the whole ordeal. I highly recommend this place!!!

While the service is good & the atmosphere hasn’t changed since I was a kid, the food has changed for the worse. What used to be homemade, fresh American style Chinese food has now become pre-made frozen & cooked food. I think this place came under new ownership around a decade ago. I have tried it every few years & every time I’m disappointed. The egg & spring rolls are never crispy or fresh. They’re soggy, chewy, & with a grayish color. You can just tell all their food is pre-made & likely bought in bulk. They no longer give you the packets of sauce that the previous owners used to load up in the bag. I hate to leave a bad review but I know others who have been coming here since they were kids have noticed the same change. So sad.
This restaurant is completely filthy.. Fried rice was terrible. The eggrolls were hard. The Boneless spareribs hard and poor quality. Singapore mefug was a bit too spicy Noodles overcookedz.Just take one look at the decoration on the sales countertop with the red berriesit’s covered in 3 inches of dust..,Will not return

The food was not good, chicken consistency was like cardboard. The lo mein was cold and dry. Egg rolls were burnt and empty. Crab rangoons were the only decent part of the $35 meal. There were items missing on my order and the owner refused to refund my money, only advised for me to drive back to the store and get what they had forgotten despite living 20 or so minutes away. Don’t normally leave reviews but I would definitely not recommend this place even if everywhere else was closed.

God bless those who rated this place highly but I am writing an honest review so that this restaurant takes people and quality seriously. I went into the restaurant and ordered a takeout. Even though I was taking out, I ensured to tip well the only person on that place on a Saturday late afternoon. I ordered a soup, veg dumplings, fried rice and a kung pao chicken. Soup was decent. Veg fillings for the dumplings was very ordinary, but the sauce was good. Fried rice was absolutely atrocious, Rice was dry, old and uncooked, very bad for health to eat such rice. Kung pao was even worst, peanuts was old and smelling. It spoiled the dish and could not eat at all. Please correct your issues and improve your quality. I do not want you to hurt the customers and it is not good for your business.
