Pull up and get my bag. Drive around the building and notice my snackin bacon wasn't in the bag. So I pull in front and go inside and ask for the bacon they forgot. Guys like "Oh yeah" runs to the counter, comes back, and hands me a sorry, soggy Lil bag of 3 cold gross snackin bacon. Figure at that point, I'm over them and hope the wrap saves me. NOPE! My chicken and pepper wrap was still freakin cold in the center. Just find another DDs.

Yeah No… last spot I’d ever go to. Everyone in there is disgustingly rude and obnoxious. No one has a clue on how to do a damn thing right. Those people stink up the entire store with their in home odors, it’s just foul. The manager is ditzy and has no control over her employees. The new girl on the other hand, very sweet & kind. Yes, very respectful and willing to help as the other employees continue to scream and swear over the speaker. Glad they finally have someone decent in that store. Overall this Dunkin’ is 0. Nothing but beasts in that dungeon.

The worst DD I have ever been to. Consistently, I mean every single time messes up my order. This is a last resort dunkin, and I'd often still do not want to deal with it. It's just close, and I always have hope. But no, they are incompetent, belligerent, combative, and disrespectful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This will be the last time I go. It's not worth it at all.

Manager Veronica 0% on customer service. Would not allow my four year old son to have a coolatta 1/2 pineapple and 1/2 strawberry because she could not type it into her computer and was unable to verbally tell Her staff on how to do that?So I went down the road to the next one and somehow they were able to figure it out ?♀️Shout out to the OTHER DD (-new one to Winsted near library) You made my sons day!

The food and drinks were overall very good. However, the service is hit or miss, some of the ladies are very nice and others are extremely rude. I've placed multiple mobile orders here, and I've had several instances where they run out of an item and just don't tell me, leaving the food item out of the bag completely and not mentioning it at all. I understand if their busy and don't see it, but they always get so annoyed when I point it out, the lady literally threw the replacement item bag on the front counter.
