didn't taste like the espresso was the right amount for my latte. I get it every day at my other Dunkin sometimes twice a day. I almost broke my neck here tho because some of the floor was freshly mopped and the workers left the mop and bucket there and as I was walking to the restroom I was going full speed and almost fell I didn't see the mop and bucket behind the partition. It was not busy at all no customers so why did the other worker leave it there with no sign

If i could give 0 stars I would. Asked for a signature pumpkin spiced latte and a bagel toasted with cream cheese. It took them 15 minutes to make it and what i got was straight milk with pumpkin flavoring and a burnt bagel with a fingertip of cream cheese. Over $10 wasted on garbage. All the workers moved at a snails pace and looked as though they were either high or too tired to care. None of them deserve $15/hr. I wouldn't pay them 5.

11:20am on 08/04/24-Last straw for this poorly run branch of my favorite drive thru co. Just returned from ordering an avocado toast with bacon. Handed it to me without bacon. Girl with lack of customer service skills & bad attitude added bacon. See pic:

Mistakes happen, and frequently at this branch of my favorite drive thru. This morning was no exception and my avacado toast with bacon had no bacon ( again). 3 girls were talking near the drive thru window and I told one of them the order was wrong, there was no bacon on the toast. No apology, no eye contact. Just walked away with it and returned it to me quickly. I opened it and saw she had put next to no bacon on it & called her out on it. She angrily said that was the correct amount ( see pic) and would not add any.

Look no one is perfect but when you get a customer who wasn't satisfied by their previous visit and you own it fix the issue by retraining your crew and then I come back and y'all nailed it. That's great leadership that's a great crew and all employees should take pride in that. Amazing. No matter the criticism I still was given a warm welcome and a great service with the food made just right

This was a welcome stop on a day trip through northern Connecticut. It was late in the day but they still had an apple fritter that my wife and I split. The two dark roast coffees were really welcome. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service oriented. They deserve a pay on the back and a free donut!

Let’s be clear the food was great coffee great but one person can ruin everything for a whole establishment. I wish this was the first or third time but unfortunately it’s becoming a pattern and it really has me thinking would Dunkin really hiring someone with such discrimination towards people of older age. My elderly grandmother went in and was treated with the most outmost respect until she was treated like garbage by one worker. The manager handled the problem very well so hopefully the non named worker better her attitude especially on Mother’s Day
