I like the employee's that work here, but poorly managed. Not liking the amount of Flys inside.
It seems like all the dunking doughnuts in ct are poorly maintained and managed. Doors are always locked.

I have been a regular at this Dunkin’ on and off for a couple years as it is on my way to work and I am a coffee ADDICT! I stopped coming earlier this year because it had really gone downhill with what seemed to be staffing issues and overworked employees and a manager that did not care. I started going to the one down the street but they are a million times worse so I decided to give this Dunkin’ another go a few weeks back and I am assuming there is new management with how much more smoothly things seem to be run there and much happier and livelier the employees seem. Overall this is still the best Dunkin’ around, the workers who are good are great, it just depends on who you get. I don’t normally have any problems with quality of food and beverage and everything is usually made to my liking!

This Dunkin used to be good!! But now I wouldn't eat the food they give you, The old manager was there for the longest time and she was the greatest! But it seems since she left they've lacked significantly. They don't look like they ever wash their hands and all look very dirty and I mean that in the nicest possible way. Very selective customer service, and they'll tamper with your food if they feel like it. They do this to selective members in the community. If you call to complain about anything they will pick up and pretend to be the manager even when they are not. DO NOT eat here if you have food allergies or don't want contaminated food. I am a hypochondriac and It makes me so disgusted to think about the people who are eating here and don't know who's handling their food. Seriously, go to the other Dunkin.

I had a fantastic experience at this location! They ran out of kids toys so the slim lady with the red hair dressed up as the Easter Bunny and put on a tail and bunny ears. Then she hopped around the lobby giving away free Cadbury Eggs. This made all the children smile. This truly made our week. What an amazing way to take dozens of crying children and turn them into happy kids. I couldn’t be more thrilled. After throwing fake grass into the air she bunny hopped away into the back where she turned back into a human and asked anyone if they saw the Easter Bunny. All the kids were happy.

Kid-friendliness: Easter Bunny made kids happy.

Employee told me it didn’t care about its job because its manager was doing H and K in the office. Won’t be coming back here. I use the term “it” loosely as I’m not sure what species the employee was. Looked like they were trying to be some type of knock off silver metal.

It's your average dunkin. Service is hit or miss depending on who you get.

Employees seemed overworked and understaffed most of the time but strangely enough they're not hiring much and the process for it is slow I've heard from a cashier. You'd think for a fast coffee place in a drive-through town they'd be packing the place with employees but instead it seems like they just beat em to death haha

Haven't had a messed up order here yet, for the customer, it's just an average dunkin, nothing special

Dunking is not what it used to be, but this is one of the better ones.

There was a physical threat that I experienced at this Dunkin' by a fellow customer. He stepped on my crocs started shouting that I took his order. I did not take his order. See, I have chronic joint pain in my toes so this hurt me a lot. Thankfully, the firey red head that is about 4 feet and 12 inches tall spoke up for me. She shouted at the toe stepper "THAT'S NOT YOUR JELLY MUNCHKIN" and proceeded to body slam him to the floor. He splattered like a Boston cream dough nut. As he was banned from the location she proceeded to curb stomp him on the curb outside and said "WHO'S HANDICAPABLE NOW? BET YOU WISH YOU NEVER TOUCHED THE JELLY MUNCHKINS NOW!!". I have never felt safer in my life. Thankfully the creep was taken away in the ambulance where he suffered a traumatic brain injury.

Vegetarian options: Munchkins

Wheelchair accessibility: Really accessible when the employees don't park in the handicapable spots.

For your safety, I strongly recommend NOT going to this Dunkin' Donuts. On April 1 around 7 a.m., an employee at this Dunkin' Donuts yelled and screamed at me... over a napkin. The employee said that she could only give out two napkins per customer. I explained that I needed more because of a bagel I ordered - she refused to give me another. I found a napkin behind the counter and got it. The employee proceeded to give me the wrong order. I went back for the right order and she yelled and screamed at me for five minutes. She called me "nasty", threatened to call the police on me, and screamed at the top of her lungs it was "her" store. I complained to the corporate hotline and I was told that a manager would call me. The manager "Mark" called me and originally said he would respond to what happened. Instead, "Mark" called me back and told me an employee found my social media post about the incident. "Mark" sounded more concerned about my social media post about the incident instead of a customer's safety and well-being. He added that the employee was disciplined but still works at the store - and that I could just "go to the Dunkin' down the road" instead. I explained that there is an issue of customer safety at this store, and many people from the community go to this location.Sad to say that both "Mark" and the company have not taken this incident seriously. Chances are very good that this incident will probably happen again at some point in time with an employee disrespecting and screaming at a customer. Please avoid this location at all costs.

Tried a glazed donut with barbecue sauce topping. Was really good but the barbecue sauce dripped on my Jammy pants and they gave me another one as replacement. Best barbecue sauce ever. Also, great accessibility.
