Don't know when they open anymore, website says 4, employee told me today maybe 5, even she didn't know. I was there 7 minutes before 5 and still had to leave empty-handed.

Bad service, bad employees. I will walk in and they just all look then ignore me like I'm not suppose To be there. I have to laugh because they have a tip jar, like they deserve it. I will never go there.

I love this location it’s close to a laundry mat and other places you can walk to. The service is amazing I haven’t had any constant issues with my orders there always made how they should be. The food is just as good when I have ordered from that location.

Food is good but the hours so you can eat inside says closed at 9:00 pm. But we came at 8:00pm and it's closed but the drive thru is still available.

Maybe somebody is having a bad day. Different person at drive through window today, older women. Rude, doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Seemed like person in front of me was having a problem too. She should not be in a customer facing role. Get her out of there before you lose more customers

The place is ok when the manager isn't working. The manager gave me a hard time about the extra cream cheese on my bagle and then NEVER GAVE ME THE CREAM CHEEZE! I'll go to a different location.

Walked right up to the counter nobody waiting, person standing there didn't greet us for about 90 seconds, I felt like we were we were inconveniencing this person she was doing some sort of paperwork period after our order went right back to paperwork, customer service not her strong suit

The best thing that exists is a well-prepared coffee in the morning. Today, Saturday the 16th, I went at 4:20 am and bought a coffee. Then I had to return it. It only looked like water with cream. The employee told me that it was not possible. Then I realized that I They gave the coffee the same and in order not to bother him I didn't go back again. Please look to see if there is any defect or if it was the employee's mistake twice in a row.

Worse ever, I went around 12:40 pm to buy some coffee and I was reading the menú and the girl that was taking órders in rush told us that we need to hurry or just go around the Store because they have a timer! I couldn buy my coffee and just left!
