The staff made mistakes taking my order.They made my coffee wrong, and after they fixed it, it was still wrong. They were polite about it, though. The bagel on my bacon egg and cheese was hardly toasted. I tried the breakfast taco, and it tastes weird, not a fan. The pineapple coolatta was nice. I would not recommend this Dunkin location if you are expecting your coffee to be correct.Parking: Small parking lot

I always order here and there has been many times where they take too long, keep in mind only 2 workers in here do their job right, everyone else are either slacking, or just crusing around. Things need to get better

Put a trainee on the floor alone and she has no idea how to make anything. Don't start someone if they aren't fully trained. Can't make an espresso shot because she doesn't know how.

So I go here to this location every morning and never have had a problem the coffee is actually really good and the young ladies who work there in mornings are so nice and friendly. However when I went today I had to repeat over 5 times I only wanted cream in my coffee and the older lady proceeded to come outside and yell at my car about cream only and made a rude comment went back inside and proceeded to make another rude comment about it being the holidays and yelling at me. I asked for my money back and wasn't even refunded on my card I was given tip money not even the correct amount. Just can't even believe people go out of their way to be miserable and unkind and unprofessional to customers. I will not be returning to this location. You don't treat customers like that not to mention it was extremely embarrassing being spoken to that way I don't even speak to people that way. Shaking my head.

While at the drive thru I placed my order and the manager apparently the she did not understand my order and became rude. She was so rude that I told her she lost a customer and she just said Bye. She definitely needs to take customer service training if she is working with customers and specially in a fast-food environment.
