Every time I come here and many other stores in the area my food taste like oven cleaner..... yum .. I figured since I bakers dozen was a little out the way I would give them another shot. Big mistake... Just go to bakers dozen its a local chain and the quality is better by far ive went every day for a month every time the food and coffee is made perfectly and taste 100% better.... I will at least say tho the customer service was great every time I went to this store but that dose not make up for oven cleaner ......

The beautiful lady at the window Was extremely pleasant ! All I ordered was a sourdough with avocado. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever ate. Honestly, my dogs would not even eat it. After I chewed it for them

I don't know what it is about this place but it always gives me diarrhea! Never have I ever gotten sick from a dunkin, and I go to all the ones in the area!! This one always has the food burnt and tasting like a dirty sponge. Service is horrible, they all have attitude like working is a hobby and not a job. Even for convenience I never eat here! I always drive out to coventry dunkin, they do it right!

They made my ice latte perfect. I was very happy. They have plenty of parking here. They have the drive thru but they do not have a public restroom.

Every time i do a mobile order with a classic donut, they show their retaliation by placing it upside in the bag or completely forgetting it.
The usual hit or miss large chain donut shop. Depending on which store you choose, the drinks can be great or all wrong. Same with the service. The donuts taste like they last changed the fry oil 10 years ago and are cloyingly sweet with the taste of artificial ingredients. Sorry Dunkin, you can do a lot better.

The girl working on weekend mornings has zero customer service skills. She is actually the rudest person I have ever met she doesn't say one word not good morning nothing so I said thanks have a great day as I drove away and she had the audacity to scream you too out the window lost my service till she's fired! I love the weekday women but this lady needs to go back to the corner.
