No one is trained properly. Management could care less. There’s literally fights between employees. Everything is made incorrectly. Hash browns are hard. People are rude. Don’t waste your time or money going here.

Almost every time I go here there’s a mistake. I only got 2/3 of a coffee this time, if some of the employees don’t like their jobs and are unhappy to the point they don’t hold themselves to a standard they should work somewhere else. (I’ve also worked at a Dunkin in the past and know this stuff doesn’t fly, things are expensive these days and my coffee is a treat for me).

Brother… I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and bacon, and a side of hash-browns. I get to work and open the bag, these people didn’t even smear the cream cheese on my bagel and instead left a knife. They didn’t add my bacon after I had to repeat myself three times, AND my bagel was barely toasted. With the 6 hash-browns, only about 2 were actually edible and not destroyed. Really disappointing experience. Do better.

I ordered hot cappuccino decaf, with almond milk and stevia, it was the worst coffee ever!! I would never like to buy coffee from here again. My cup was half empty, and tasted nothing like coffee but something bitter
Went to grab a coffee and relieve myswlf on the way to work. No public restroom. It’s a coffee shop. Make a public restroom.

Just went at 550 am on a thursday and the women working just made the best refresher i’ve ever had and got my food out instantly! very impressed for this good of service while everyone else is still asleep lol. thank you!

I just sat in drive through for 8 minutes with 2 customers in front of me. While the customer before me went to order amber the woman taking orders very firmly said I told you one minute. Not even using manners. Once I got to the intercom I was greeted with silence. I remained quiet because I didn't want to get spoken to poorly. It took from there 5 minutes of me at the window prior to anyone taking payment. No sorry for the wait or any gratitude when I finally got my food I thanked amber in which she didn't even say you're welcome. This isn't even my first poor interaction at this location. The lack of politeness today while myself being extremely patient bothered me enough to make a review.
