You guys really need to start paying attention to what is ordered. Tired of picking up and bringing home order to have it wrong. I'll have to start checking at the location unfortunately because this happens all the time.

I feel bad but they are ALWAYS rude. I don’t know why everytime I go the customer service is below standard. I’d understand if I was being rude but there would be times I’d tip and they still would take it and be mean. You will say “have a nice day!” And they will just close the window.

I’m writing this as a fellow Dunkin employee. I have never seen such unprofessionalism from a Dunkin, my friend and I have been coming to this Dunkin for months and each time we have a negative experience with the staff. I feel like the guy at the window purposely squeezed my drink so some would go into my hand. I never write bad reviews, this has just been a recurring problem every single time I visit.

It's a Dunkin so only so much can be expected. However, in the dozen or so times we've stopped by while going down 32, we've had something that's gone wrong.

From waiting 10-15 minutes despite being the second car, to typically burned or uncooked bagels and coffee.

Its much easier to hit the one farther down the road or wait till you're in Willimantic to hit one up there. We'll be avoiding this one when we can.

Horrible just Horrible costumer service at the drive through. I would have a heart attack if my child who was the server age acted rude with a costumer. A lack of respect of people time and money. The workers need to flirt less with each other and work.

I just watched them pick coffee cups off the floor they dropped and use them for customers. They make it pretty clear that in-store customers are not a priority by the extended wait time. My hot beverage came to me borderline lukewarm. Theeggs in the breakfast sandwich had the texture of broken egg shells even though I think they use liquid egg in a carton. Either way, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

There are many issues with this location: lack of properly trained staff, lack of staff, poor app maintenance, amongst other things. You will never know if anything is actually in stock or not, wait times (even on mobile orders) is a minimum 10 min wait, and have actually witnessed staff pick up food they dropped on the floor and proceed to give it to a customer. You get anything from this location, make sure its no more than a drink.
