Tried the new dipping meal. It was horrible. Kfc has really gone down hill. I used to love the chicken and Mashed potatoes.

My family and I had to leave kfc this evening without buying anything. I went there with my husband and 2 year old son, and I’m pregnant, as in big-belly pregnant. We stood at the counter for a very long time without anyone speaking to us. One of the attendants came to the counter on a call, and acted as if we were ghosts. It wasn’t the long wait that was my issue but seeing us wait for that long time, close to 10 minutes, and she couldn’t acknowledge the fact that we are there at least and say we should hold on or something… then she left the counter again.
KFC is the main place I go to if I want to eat outside so I was very disappointed. Maybe they were busy, but a little acknowledgment would have done a lot!

It's a mixed bag with this place. First of all, pot pie combo was on the menu for 8.49 and o was charged 8.59 instead.
Smells like weed in here sometimes, which I really don't like to be honest.
Food is okay, but expensive.
Tables and chairs look ready to fall apart at a moments notice

I have ordered from here a couple of times in the past couple months, and my chicken is always fresh and yummy! The fries are, too, especially the secret recipe fries! The men working the counter everytime I go in need a raise! They are the best!

5 of us from Stafford Springs stopped there for lunch today after shopping at Ollie's. They were incredibly kind and patient with the 2 women who were disabled. Kudos to the staff & Thank you 👍

The chicken (a 2 piece) was dried out as well as my chicken nuggets. Then went to bathroom and no soap to wash your hands.. I disappointing visit

I am reattempting to post this review from three years ago because it does not appear to be visible to others: While I was in the area & wanting to get some lunch even though I was on a tight schedule, I decided to stop since there was finally no line - It was just after 11:00 a.m. I finally beat the lunchtime rush. I have been wanting to stop at this KFC for some time now, but there is usually a fairly good-sized line at the drive thru. The staff members I dealt with when ordering and at the window were nice and actually listen/pay attention to what you order. I order the Famous Bowl with no corn and that is what I received. The food was good. I made it a meal, so it came with a chocolate chip cookie, and I substituted my fountain drink for a very cold bottle of water. Everything about the visit went very well and I will certainly make an effort to come back to this location in the future! I can see why this location is always so busy...
