I am reattempting to post this review from three years ago because it does not appear to be visible to others: While I was in the area & wanting to get some lunch even though I was on a tight schedule, I decided to stop since there was finally no line - It was just after 11:00 a.m. I finally beat the lunchtime rush. I have been wanting to stop at this KFC for some time now, but there is usually a fairly good-sized line at the drive thru. The staff members I dealt with when ordering and at the window were nice and actually listen/pay attention to what you order. I order the Famous Bowl with no corn and that is what I received. The food was good. I made it a meal, so it came with a chocolate chip cookie, and I substituted my fountain drink for a very cold bottle of water. Everything about the visit went very well and I will certainly make an effort to come back to this location in the future! I can see why this location is always so busy...

Ordered 2 bowls, 1 pot pie and 1 wrap with fries. Got everything plus an extra pot pie I was charged for. Not concerned about the extra pot pie my concern was the lack of ingredients in the bowls. Mostly mashed potatoes, some corn that looked days old and 4 pieces in one bowl and 5 pieces of hard dried up chicken in the other bowl. Totally disgusting food. Nowhere worth what I paid for them. I will take mychicken cravings to Popeyes from here on out.
Everything was fine. The food was good The service was good The restaurant was clean even though I didn't eat in. The issue was the card scanner hung up and had me waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes longer and then when I took my order out carrying it in a plastic bag they handle ripped so this is nothing to do with the employees but is a technology issue as well as the overall KFC trying to save money and making thinner plastic bags ended up spending more because they just needed to double up the bagging. Long story short go to this restaurant it's fine it's just frustrating like everything these days where there's overall cost cutting everywhere which impacts the customer and the customer's experience.
