Pleasant USED to be our absolute favorite pizza place. Recently they got new owners and I don't know what they did, but it's not as good anymore. We've gotten it twice since new owners took over and they definitely changed the crust recipe. It used to be this delicious buttery and not too crunchy crust, but now it's just bland and flavorless. A total disappointment now.

Double the estimated wait time.
They use Frozen Pizza Crust and then burn it which turns it into a rubbery burnt mess.
They also force you to leave a Tip.

Ordered their thin crust and for $24 I thought it would be good but it was burnt and chewy at the same time. Literally hurt my jaw to eat it. Definitely not worth it

Ordered gluten free pizzas from Pleasant about 2 weeks ago and they were the absolute best GF pizzas I’ve had in 11 years of being gluten free. No issues with cross contamination either. Order from them!!!

Pleasant pizza used to be my favorite pizza spot in town. It’s now under new ownership and the quality has really taken a hit. The Buffalo chicken pizza seemed like sliced deli meat thrown on a pizza. The mozzarella sticks burned and all the cheese coming out. It’s a big disappointment. I hope new owners can take note and try to do better QAQC and return to the quality we all have come to expect.

Excellent all the way around!!! The food was fresh and there was so much flavor!! We neglected to grab my garlic parmigian chicken tenders, so we called back and let them know we would be back for them, and they were apologetic for them being missed! We went back, and they made us a fresh batch!!! They were so good with plenty of flavor, including real cheese and whole freash roasted garlic cloves!!! I love garlic, so this was awesome to me!! The grilled chicken salad was fresh, crisp, large, and delicious! The cheesy bread sticks were bursting with flavor and cheese all the way to the edges!!! I can't say enough good things about the food, and the service was even better!!! We talked to Tammy for a bit, she's one of the owners, she was great! Pleasant pizza is the right name.....we had a pleasant experience all the way around!! We live an hour away and just happened to be looking for a place to grab dinner. I'm so glad we found Pleasant Pizza.....an hour away, and I will be going back!!!
Ordered delivery and got moldy food. Drove back to get a replacement, they mentioned giving a refund but never received one. Definitely defeated the purpose of ordering delivery. Check your food before consuming, extremely disturbing considering their reputation

So not only is pleasant pizza our go to for every day pizza, but they catered my daughter’s bday party. It was a day that they were closed, but still honored the order and even drove out a little further than their normal delivery range. It was such a relief because not only was it amazing they delivered but I also got a ton of compliments on how good it was! Thank you again for making feeding 15 kids and 20 parents a breeze!!
We each had the "Willi whatcama call it" as appetizers. Enough for 2 meals each!!Very good, will go back soon!!

We've had their pizza in the past & found it to be pretty good. So their joint is on the way to some friends house we were going to so great, we'll order a couple grinders & pick them up on the way. Call ahead to order & the young lady that answered the phone says " we don't make grinders". Interesting seeing that if you go to their website, there's a pic of the store with a large sign right at the front door - HOT OVEN GRINDERS. Guess they're off the order out list.
