Appalling. Ordered a late night snack for pickup, told me the order was "being made", then it was complete, and then this store told me WHEN I ARRIVED that they were out of the items I ordered. Didn't even give me a refund despite me asking. DO NOT eat here. Make the drive to the East Brook location, they'll actually give you your food!!

Owner is a great guy I had ordered online but it didn't go through he said leave my information he would look into it and fix the situation for me very helpful and the staff that day were great as well bit they definitely do some things they're not suppose to because 1 mentioned the owner was walking in and the other started fixing things like the case were the food goes and they other lady had said do it before he comes in and says something đ but still a wonderful experience

They close the store early basically everyday, terrible service massively unprofessional. Lie and say they donât have certain things so they donât have to make it. Terrible workers.

Iâve ordered from here in person and online, recently they havenât been toasting my sandwich whenever I order online. I always click the toasted option but they seem to not toast it for some dumb reason.
On Friday 12/1/23 (6:15 pm), the 2 men working were awful. Some people came in and looked at the menu board, then left. The two men working went on about how the people who left probably couldn't afford subway because they couldn't use their food stamps and went on about how the community that they work in are welfare lovers. It was disgusting as was the sandwich that was so drenched in sauce that it was ruined. I won't be back ever, and you someone ought to speak to those men. That community they work in pays their wages. Days later I'm still disgusted.

As per the usual, the bread that I wanted (Italian) was out of stock at 5:00pm. The food itself was well-made. But this location is often out of supplies and/or breads.

I have to say that we were highly impressed by the service of the gal Jessie that was working today!We had guests at church earlier and ended up deciding to do an impromptu takeout order for 9 people. Jessie was working alone. She was evidently the only staff there but worked so quickly like there were two people working. Between our large order and taking and making online orders, she was such a professional and pleasant besides!We'd say to give that gal a raise!Also the food was great !So thank you to Jessie for doing such a great job!

Good Ole Subway. In retrospect with today's prices, and economy can't complain all that much after all it is just a subway grinder shop.
Wheelchair accessibility: Noticed a ramp inside, but not one to get off of the sidewalk.
No more orders from us. You can't trust these people to make a sandwich.. you have to watch them make it and babysit. Whats the point of online orders if your crew of flunkies can't even get a few subs right? Subs from IGA 1000%

I'm sorry if you're short staffed but at least change your hours only. Tried ordering online said that it was offline. So I called and went in person, no one answered the phone and all lights off. Ended up going to south Windham's she did a 10/10 and they were open! Just a waste of time at this one, disappointed.
