Stopped to grab something to drink and decided to also grab a sandwich, the smell of fresh bread was heavy in the air! No one to be found in the “Subway” area, so i say to the gas station attendant, “No one at subway?” An Hispanic female standing next to the gas station counter says, “I am right here” with a major attitude! So i replied, “ I’d love to grab a sandwich,” and turn around and walk back to the sandwich counter. She does not move!!! She stays right there eating her bag of chips! and i hear her say to the gas station attendant, “i ll be there when i get there.” So no sandwich for me! Even if she made her way to the counter at that point i was not interested in the attitude.I guess there was a reason the sandwich shop was empty at lunch time with a parking lot full of cars.

The manager at this restaurant was horrible. She was rude and disrespectful after ruining my grinder. I have never been treated worse by any establishment. The customer is always right anywhere but there. I would never go back. Buyer beware! If you must go there, check your food before you leave with it. I returned a foot long grinder completely saturated with oil and she refused to replace it! She wanted to charge me for half of it! Finally she agreed to replace it with just an 6 inch after arguing with me terribly. Any other reputable restaurant would have replaced it, no questions asked. Absolutely shameful. I was far away when I discovered her mess, and I could not return it until the next day but that should not have mattered.

If I could put 0 stars I so would. The "artist" did not make any of the subs I ordered correctly. The bread the wrong type on all three subs and two of them were more burnt than toasted. All the subs were missing so many ingredients! The guy was beyond lazy. I refuse to go back to this Subway.

Total laziness! Ordered an Italian herb and cheese footlong monster. Bread was reg Italian, there was no cheese, barely any meat, no bacon, and no ranch. Daughter and girlfriend also odered IHC bread, same thing. Reg Italian bread. LOADED my daughter's with banana peppers, but hardly any tuna, and my gf's champ, had barely any meat, no avocado, and no sauce.... Total laziness!!! Never going there again. Should have known... It's Windham.... ?♂️

Hats off to the girlie making sandwiches this morning. Best subway* grinder I've had in a long time. I ordered online and it was in the works when I got there. And she had quiet a bit of orders coming through

Very understaffed. 1 employee working. I guess the other called out or something but that meant the one guy didn't have time to prepare all the food.
Very slow. Guy handled money and scratched his head and wasn't going to change his gloves. So slow he almost started working backwards. The other employee was passing him.

I've only come here twice and both times (by different employees) I was stuck waiting for over ten minutes. I called for help with no response and am literally writing this review while waiting. One time is a fluke but two is too much.

To me Subway is a Subway however this one is located right in the Valero gas station. We are only about two miles away so when I don't feel like making dinner it is nice to be able to just go right in and order. I will say that the staff there is definitely trained well as other subways I have encountered are stingy with what they put on the grinders. This one is just right. For a simple stop, and cheap eats this is a great Subway to go to.
