This Taco Bell should be ashamed. As a franchise owner u have some work to do your manager is not doing her job correctly. The girl in the drive thru had a horrible attitude. She acted like a child making faces of disgust and rolling her eyes at me. She opened the window when I pulled up said not a word. I handed her my card and I said hi how’s it going, she closed the drive thru window as if I said nothing. I haven’t ever dealt with somebody as negative as she was in a service industry before.
The order was incorrect. The crunch wrap supreme had no meat. My kids tacos were cold meat. The whole experience was negative. I spent 40 dollars and was completely ripped off. I highly recommend checking your order before pulling off, as was my mistake. I will be calling corporate Monday to request a refund or compensation for my order. I will also being going as far as filing a complaint.
I do not like writing this, as i genuinely understand people have bad days. I have a shattered elbow from a fall 3 months ago as of date writing this. So I understand. But to be treated that way with looks and no positive greeting of any sort not a word was a very bad experience. If u don’t like being in the food service industry strive to change your surroundings. In ending this I hope the right eyes see this and correct this behavior and environment. You can not treat people that way nor mess with a product they paid good money for.

Sit in the drive thru for an hour to be told they can’t take orders at 2:30 when they close at 4.
So I place an Uber eats order but I’m stuck in line- then they won’t hand me the bad thru the service window. Rude staff.

Try to buy a meal with a large soda, get told they only have small cups and won’t give two small cups for a large soda only to drive up and see a stack of large cups sitting right there, i ask why i’m paying for a meal with a large soda and they won’t give me one. “oh well these are for door dash orders only”. so i spoke with a women who claims to be the manager she told me that’s just how it is. they gave me a phone number for another higher up manager, she doesn’t pick up the phone. you spend $15 on a meal here and can’t even get the large soda you’re paying for!! oh but door dash ordered can?? make it make sense.
every time i go here it’s always some BS going on, from the food being wrong, to some weird lies about soda cups etc or the employees just have nasty attitudes. i wish this taco bell would do better!

I picked up some tacos and chalupas for my family (2 adults, 1 6-year-old), 9 items in all. No drinks, no sides. The total was $70. $70 for dinner at Taco Bell without drinks! We eat out quite a bit, mostly at sit down restaurants, and spend a similar amount (and usually get leftovers). $70 for 9 tacos is absolutely insane.

Waited in the drive through for about 45 minutes before I cancelled my online order. About 5 cars moved in that total amount of time. I would take the time to drive to any other location.

Food is okay just average. The store is clean however it's hard to get the staff's attention if it's busy or if there's any order going through the restaurant.

Their app lets you select walk in, but they give the excuse that they are closed for dining, which they have a sign on the door stating that they are open for pickup orders till they close, which they aren’t closed.

There drive thru takes forever, prob the longest ticket times Iv even had at a Taco Bell the management has gone absolutely downhill at this location with no getting better in sight. Half the time there foods cold and they mess up the order anyways.

Extremely disappointed frequent Taco Bell customer. I really hope they get it together here and figure out how to improve the wait times.

We ordered the cinnamon balls (for the second time because the day before we didn't get them in the order but paid for 2 orders) so we asked if we let them know when we went back the next day (today). What we received was weird smelling and tasted sour and funny. When we got home and looked at it better, they were rolled entirely in table SALT or some were both SALT and sugar. They are supposed to be rolled in sugar.... Who eats straight table salt, it was nasty and all we tasted after that. Our guess is they weren't happy with us even though we were friendly and nice, and we were served by the same person as the day before. The worst part is that no one rolls food into table salt by mistake, so this was clearly done intentionally. Itnwas disappointing and gross to say the least. I have been in customer service for a long time and by us asking for the dessert we paid for and didn't receive the day before was totally appropriate. Plus, we were speaking with a positive attitude and there was no harsh tone or complaining, we just started the fact. If they didn't want to give us the corrected order, they should have told us to take it up with a call or email to management.
