Awesome food but could be better if they spent a little more effort on both presentation and the quality of the ingredients. They do quite well with what they have, though, and it's respectable and very tasty. the prices are quite reasonable for the area. The alcapurria is S-tier, IMHO. The empanadillas, especially the beef and cheese ones, oof.. good stuff. The food is not the healthiest but it isn't advertised to be. It's damn good, though.
The staff are patient, well mannered, and courteous, never rude.
The hours are weird and it's hard to really reliably keep track of when you'll be able to get some of their food, but it actually gives it more of a street food charm, which is sort of neat, imo. Enjoy it when you can get it but don't expect it. Seems they're mostly there to get business from the bar next door, which is understandable. Can't fault that model, one bit.
They need more lighting and more umbrellas over the tables and stuff. It feels like I'm about to get shanked by some lurking bum out of the shadows whenever I go there. Very dark and seedy looking area. Because of this, it detracts from the overall experience and you just wanna get the food and gtfo. If you plan on quick takeout, by all means. This is not a place that openly welcomes you to sit by and eat.
Overall, worth every penny. Delicious food, fair prices, great staff. The menu is very creative, at times, too - sometimes very silly but creative items show up, which is heart-warming. You can tell they put themselves into and both enjoy and care about what they do. Highly recommend but go before it's too dark if you want to feel comfortable because it's not the best part of town.

The best alcapurria and empanadillas! I love this place!!! ???
I show up at 430 and knock on the window and I hear people talking in the back but nobody wants to answer the window...... Horrible service
I also think they must be out of business, since I couldn't find it in there.
They must be out of business.
I've never been here. Just wanted to be positive
The empanadas here are amazing, my friend and I ordered a dozen and didn't wait long at all. They are open rather late which is pretty nice when you are looking for some good late night food made fresh long after most restaurants stop serving. Also, had the fried plantains which were amazing. Definitely coming back and trying some of the other menu items.

Best late night food around. If your tired of Subway,Dominos, or TacoBell after the bar head to TotI. Their empanada's (beef and cheese pattys) are spot hitters.
Got a lot of pork fat, not much meat, service was ok, like the lights
Enjoyed some chicharrones de pollo y tostones con mayo ketchup over the weekend. Very delicious thank you!
