Changed thier mobile order policy to be in store only until 10pm.
Didn't even label both of the bags to my order. So, when I went in I grabbed the bag that had my name on it and had to come back for the rest of my order.

The drive thru staff in this branch are usually very nice. However, the guy with ginger hair at the register inside the store has a very poor customer service skills and his attitude is really bad. It was the first time that I had to go inside to let them know that they gave me someone else's order, and this guy was extremely rude from the start. Unfortunately, I am not coming back to Wendys anymore, and I will be going to McDonald's instead.
Wendy's in the town of Stors Connecticut was the best Wendy's I've visited.

Everyone in there today deserves a raise. It was incredibly busy yet I was in and out within 5 minutes and all my food was made correctly. Awesome service and kind people.
