Great stop in the Departing terminal at Bradley international. Located to the left as soon as you pass through security, Black Bear Saloon is a great place to have a drink, watch some sports and wait for your flight to board. Known for great beers and amazing wings, they’ve got a menu with plenty of options. You seat yourself at any open tables in the venue and are greeted by staff promptly. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Wings are definitely a must, also their poke bowl is solid as well.

Its a bubba burger and McDonalds fries. It was quick so that was cool. I didnt need quick but I know there are people who do. Got a mushroom burger and the mushrooms were not sautéed just raw and wierd.

Wile waiting at Bradley Airport, I ordered the grilled salmon, served with vegetables and white rice. Vegetables were brussel sprouts only and loaded with oil and salmon was overly charred. I kindly asked if there's any substitution for the brussel sprouts, I got a side order of caesar salad to compensate.However, the waitress Jackie/Jacquelin was very aloof and I will try to reserve any dogmatism for the term "racist" behavior. I sat there, completed my meal with dish to the side waiting. She attended to the 2 tables before me, to my left and behind me, asking everyone else, if they wanted refills, how was their meal and if there's anything else she may help with. Then she nonchalantly walked passed my table, I sat there for 10 minutes, then she came with my bill and asked if I needed a doggie bag.Really? Would not recommend!!

27 dollars for a chicken quesadilla is insane. On top of that it was disgusting, greasy, foul smelling, and had rotted chicken. I've honestly never had a worse quesadilla and I'm surprised I even agreed to pay and tip well after being poisoned (it's not the server's fault and service was fine). Do not go here!!

We have eaten here a few times. And have been disappointed each time.This time we got a quesadilla and it was dripping in cheap grease, tasted like rotten oil.You should just go grab an energy bar from the store to hold you over. It’s not worth it, keep it moving and don’t waste your money, time or health.Service was great though but the place was dead, now we know why.

Had the most delicious grilled chicken, guacamole, tomato sandwich. Absolutely delicious! Tons of beer on tap as well. Great place to stop before a flight!
I did a pick up order and not one employee approached me to ask if I was waiting on something or had to order. It’s been half hour since I placed my order and I have yet to have anyone approach me or give me my order!

Food was decent. Service was incredibly slow. They opened almost a half hour late and then had to wait for any request an unreasonable amount of time. Food was super quick (almost too quick). Getting a beer took forever. Only a handful of tables sat so they so there were More staff than customers so this shouldn’t have been an issue. Disappointed but little options at the airport.

This was a good place to stop if you have time. I just stopped for having a beer and the beer selection was big. I had a local beer called New England Sea Hag. They did serve my favorite beer from the state called Two Roads (I mistakenly called it Two Rivers and people were groaning. Whoops Sorry : ) ); service was good as well.
