Black Bear Saloon Reviews
Just want to say Alisha had great customer service and the drinks were on point. [good] If ever waiting for a flight I will be back!
In and out in under an hour… surprised at the food given the reviews. It was good and not that pricey… I’d go again in a second while waiting for a flight!!
In terminal restaurant, one of three table service restaurants here. Usually good, this time not. Slow service and poorly prepared food (cold saltless fries and only 1 mechanically shaped fish piece in the fish n chips). Expensive for fare. Good local beer selection.
Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are close together, be aware access will be difficult at medium and high traffic times.
Black Bear Saloon, located in Bradley International's departing terminal to the left after security, is a casual restaurant and bar that offers a variety of beers and a diverse menu. The restaurant features self-seating, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The wings are a standout, while the poke bowl is also solid. The menu includes a Bubba burger with McDonald's-style fries, and though the mushrooms in the mushroom burger were not sautéed, the food is generally good. The fish and chips offer a hot and well-cooked piece of fish, although the fries can be cold and saltless. The initial wait time for service can be long, but food is delivered quickly once ordered. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the restaurant is noted for its accommodating vibe, especially for families. Brent, a standout server, has received praise for his efficient and kind service, managing multiple tables with care. Additionally, there is a fantastic variety of local and familiar beer options available, making it a nice spot for beer lovers. However, tables are close together, which may make wheelchair accessibility difficult during busy times.
