We dined at the Black Bear Saloon before a cross country flight home, with our 4 month old. The atmosphere was warm, inviting and clean. Our server Brent is what made me want to write a review though, above all. He helped us efficiently and kindly. Gave us time to settle in and look at the menu but also came back quickly in case we had a flight moving soon. Our entire lunch experience, my husband and I could not help but notice how attentively and genuinely, Brent was helping...
I recently dined at Black Bear Saloon and had a mixed experience. My server, Shawna, was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout my meal. Unfortunately, the food didn't match the quality of the service. The dishes were disappointing and bland, lacking the flavor and excitement I was hoping for. It's a shame because the atmosphere and service were great, but the food just didn't meet expectations.
