I'm part of a flight crew that came in late and was unable to make it to the dining room during operating hours. I tried to make my way to drive-thru window just to ask if it was possible to order while not having a vehicle. We were dropped off in a shuttle. I can completely understand the trepidation in seeing someone standing by the drive-thru window. Depending on the area, I'm sure that's how some establishments get robbed. With that in mind, I gently tapped on the window and stepped back to await acknowledgment, but the MOD felt that it was more important to polish the ice cream machine than to even look in my direction. It was extremely degrading and childish. Whatever the outcome would've been, I would've accepted it but to not even look in my direction was so disrespectful.

Went inside at 7:00pm on Oct 5th 5 people waiting in line in side to place order after 15 I asked a employee if we could get service inside he said and I quoteNOT MY PROBLEM so all five of us walked out there were at least 5 employees working in the back but one came to the counter to see if we wanted order .I will be forwarding this to your corporate office for review I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and never in all of the burger kings from Florida to the top of Maine have I had service like this !!!!!!And never had an employee say that to me and other customers.Can't leave a review we never got served .

after standing at the “Pick up here” sign for several minutes and being ignored. I finally asked one of the reps if she knew when my order was going to be ready but to my surprise I couldn’t even eat the food ordered online because this specific location makes you get in line to “check in” on your online order. What’s the point to order online if you STILL have to wait in line? I wanted a burger not a cranky cashier with an attitude problem.Left with no food after that unpleasant experience and already contacted customer support. Fair heads up to everyone else the place is full of flies ?

My spouse & I visit this BK almost on a weekly basis. Many times the whoppers are over cooked and lack fresh looking vegis. ***They just don't resemble the ad pictures. However, the no salt fries are yummy. The big annoyance is being forced to use the app and how the offers & rewards gotten more expensive. Also only able to use one code per visit. Really? This complaint is across the board with all fast food apps! Loved the old days of just using paper coupons and not having to deal with the apps.
