My spouse & I visit this BK almost on a weekly basis. Many times the whoppers are over cooked and lack fresh looking vegis. ***They just don't resemble the ad pictures. However, the no salt fries are yummy. The big annoyance is being forced to use the app and how the offers & rewards gotten more expensive. Also only able to use one code per visit. Really? Store was clean, quick, and food served was tasty. Men's room and drink bar were surprisingly clean. It may seem silly but I find if those are good the place is well run generally speaking.

Great customer service! The lady that took my breakfast order was very polite and very professional, that is so nice & so refreshing in fast food!!!! One of the better if not THE BEST, BK's in the area!
