“Some of the best grinders around. Tryed h&m next door which is more well known for their grinders but was highly disappointed. From their East Hartford location to this one I highly suggest trying a grinder. Hot or cold both are real good!“

“I was unable to grab my food during lunch due to an emergency situation at work. I called and asked to have it put in a fridge or possibly even if I could cancel it.

I was told the staff could simply remake the order fresh when I would be able to pick it up after work. I showed up after my shift and the team was quick to get my order ready... I really appreciate the great service.“

“A very well maintained, and clean McDonald’s located in the main terminal. There are plenty of tables available as well as four order stations if the line at the counter is long. When we were there, it was quite easy to order, and it was filled within a matter of minutes. The food was fresh and hot and was above average when compared to other McDonald restaurants we have eaten at. As for the prices, they were at least double what you would expect to pay away from the airport. The staff was friendly, and the eating area was kept very clean. The order menu is much smaller or limited compared to a normal McDonald’s. But what we like most of all, when compared to other airport restaurants, you had free refills on the soda.“

“Came in a few minutes before closing. Kaiya made good conversation, had a great attitude, and provided 10/10 service. Not often you meet people this positive in customer service, especially minutes before closing the store. Hopefully he gets proper recognition!“

“When I picked up my family, at Bradly Airport, at 12:00am, after an eight hour plane ride, and Googled a place that would be open, at that hour, we were so happy to find that Wendy’s (less than a mile from the airport) is open almost 24 hours, with hot FRESH FOOD, that was made right after we ordered, with very accommodating staff. It was such a relief to find them.“
