Not to sound picky, but it’s pretty rare that the coffee comes out just right—and today it actually did. On top of that, the woman at the drive-thru window was genuinely polite and professional, which really stood out in the best way.

“I hate that they slowly repeat your mobile order, even after you say no changes because you are running late for work. I'm probably the only one, but the whole point of using the mobile ordering is that I ensure my order is accurate and speeds up the process. I don't like to talk to people because of my disability, so mobile ordering has been a life saver so if someone says no changes, don't slowly read their order and ask if they would like to make any changes. Acknowledge I have already said as much as if I mattered.“

“I think this must be a training issue because it’s new this year and happens every single time - I never get my drink. I order on the app and sit at a table. I get my food, and then they walk away. Once in awhile they bring me my drink, but usually not before I’m done with my food. This is at the least the fifth time this has happened here, maybe closer to the tenth.“

I may have had a problem here and there but most times everything goes smooth. They have better everything. I remember when McDonald's got caught having dehydrated onions and soy in their all beef burgers. I always could taste that onion I hate them. But this burger king is good. I've seen the manager work right with the help. When they did make a mistake they quickly fixed it free. As far as mask's go. Well some people just don't like it. I don't believe they didn't serve one customer but served the next. Buisness has a right to take precautions. If you don't like it. Go to McDonald's ?“

The chicken is crispy and you can tell that it is fresh. The fries are perfectly salty and I love to dip them into the Canes sauce. The bread is my favorite part of the whole order. It tastes so perfect and I definitely miss it when I travel back. They have some nice music playing and it feels very welcoming. They also always seem to be up to date with the decor, offerings etc. This year a super nice guy was on duty at 7:15 pm. Although annoyed I circled back through the drive thru here's the kicker I forget to mention the coupon again, same cashier takes the coupon at the window.
What a waste of time and my Gas at $3.59 a gallon. Ugh“
