Everything was normal and then she said “The person who made this wanted you to know it was made with lots of love” and she just said “Thanks?” We assumed it was a girl and moved on. Then, a guy and the girl who delivered it started loudly debating in the back whether I was her boyfriend or her brother, and we decided it was time to finish our meal in the parking lot. Super uncomfortable, but we love it here, so we’ll probably be back (maybe a to-go order next time though).“

“I actually go to the location in East Hartford... but both locations are delicious. My buddies and I from work go here at least once a week. The dogs are amazing, as are the burgers. Everything is cooked on the flat top grill, and as such, the burgers are not the big fat variety. If you know that going in, they are perfect. The staff is always very engaging and fun, the food is consistent, and I think the prices are very fair. Give these guys a shot... from breakfast sandwiches to lunch food, I have never been disappointed.“
“This has become our favorite Chick-fil-A location in the area for many reasons. The food is always great, the staff is always friendly and this location always hosts a lot of family nights and other events throughout the year. We absolutely love this location and will always come back.“
“I usually order on doordash because I am a lazy potato but today I picked up in person a big order of Buffalo wings for a get together. 10/10 these wings are so good! Cooked perfectly, not soggy from the sauce, good texture and comes with ranch for dipping. I also like to get their cheeseburgers, they are decent for the price, and the cheesesteaks and chopped cheese are also really good. Whenever I get fries they are not soggy, served in a little bag. Overall if you are thinking of trying their food, you should! I will keep coming back because the food is good, always quick and reasonably priced.“
“Dave has been the owner / manager for a very long time. He is the BEST ! ! ! He knows how to hire and train his employees wonderfully ? I have never had problems at this location. “I can't believe how amazing the bacon cheeseburger and bacon and cheese fries were at Jefferson Fry Company! After seeing their commercial, I couldn't resist trying them out, and boy, was it worth it. The food was mouth-watering and made me want to order more, but I'm trying to unbig my back before the summer. The staff, especially the guy whose name I unfortunately forgot in my food induced greed, was exceptional. He was friendly, personable, and made my order to perfection. “First time ordering from here today and it is very very good! I ordered a kid's meal with a waffle and a side of waffle fries. The fries are cooked well and well seasoned. The waffle is the best I've had from a chicken and waffle place in CT. The nuggets are the shining star though! Perfectly cooked and juicy. Roosters will be my go to chicken place from now on.“
