“I just had an experience in Chick-Fil-A in Enfield CT where an unfortunate moment happened (nothing bad with chick fil a). I was sitting with 4 of my friends and one of the chick fil a workers was bringing one of my friends his milkshake. As she was leaving, he stood up and went to go throw something in the trash but responded to her, commenting on the fact that she forgot to say “my pleasure”. Clearly taken back by it visually, she still maintained complete composure and even gave us a free ice cream which we couldn’t possibly accept. I’m writing this strictly to commend the efforts of this woman, whom I didn’t catch the name of but could recognize by face, and her sheer strength to put her job over her feelings. We of course apologized profusely for our friend (he apologized as well) and I would like to send one last apology to that lovely woman who took care of us tonight. Thank you so much!“

I may have had a problem here and there but most times everything goes smooth. They have better everything. I remember when McDonald's got caught having dehydrated onions and soy in their all beef burgers. I always could taste that onion I hate them. But this burger king is good. I've seen the manager work right with the help. When they did make a mistake they quickly fixed it free. As far as mask's go. Well some people just don't like it. “The people here are truly so kind. I’m from Florida but every time I come to Connecticut to visit my brother I always make sure to stop at Canes. I ordered the Box Combo and it was so good! The chicken is crispy and you can tell that it is fresh. The fries are perfectly salty and I love to dip them into the Canes sauce. The bread is my favorite part of the whole order. It tastes so perfect and I definitely miss it when I travel back. They have some nice music playing and it feels very welcoming. “Pretty nice spot in Downtown Hartford! The service is super quick, and the food is great. I like that they keep the menu simple, and the workers are really friendly and always smiling. The whole place honestly gives me that NYC food spot vibe.

“The food was freshly prepared unlike the drive thru cashier's customer service skills. I ordered without stating I had a coupon she informed me I would need to reorder at the drive thru kiosk.
Although annoyed I circled back through the drive thru here's the kicker I forget to mention the coupon again, same cashier takes the coupon at the window.
What a waste of time and my Gas at $3.59 a gallon. Ugh“

“Standard accross the board. Nothing unusual about Burger King. This particular restaurant served fresh fries and did not over salt them. The burger was juicy and good. The person who made my sandwich wrapped the burger a certain way where half the burger was exposed and the rest was wrapped up. It was a nice touch because some places will just kay the whopper in the cardboard box and be done with it. This way I coukd grab the burger but not get food on myself. So overall I'd say good job with the presentation and the taste. I normally don't frequent this Burger King my favorite is the one off tge Jennings Rd exit in Hartford. But this one was comparable. Service was ok but I ordered a Sprite no ice and it came with ice. Of course I asked for another glass and that occurs from time to time. No big deal. Was still a pleasure to have a fresh Burger King Whopper and cheese fries and medium Sprite. My taste buds applaud the visit.“

“July 2019 - Every year we stop here on our way home from vacation. It is easy off and on the interstate but more important we have always had friendly service and the place is clean. They also always seem to be up to date with the decor, offerings etc. This year a super nice guy was on duty at 7:15 pm. Rush hour was over and the place was clean and tidy and he was just a nice, friendly person. We will continue to make this our yearly stop and recommend this McDonald's to families and travelers. I’ve been coming to this BK restaurant in Hartford, CT for years, and Steven consistently delivers incredible customer service! He’s always positive, polite, and delivers his famous “welcome to BK catch phrase” to every car at drive thru.

I get out of work late sometimes and will order food from BK at night usually around 11pm. My food is always served hot and fresh no matter what time I order my food!
