“I went through the drive through and the worker was so kind and very helpful. The food was phenomenal and so was their sauce. I'm looking forward to my next meal. I got the 12 piece nuggets with fries and a sprite. Overall a wonderful meal and I highly recommend chickfila as its better than other fast food restaurants!“

There was an issue with Grubhub that was completely out of his control, but instead of dismissing the situation, he patiently worked with me, called Grubhub himself, and did everything he could to make sure I received my order.

“The people here are truly so kind. I’m from Florida but every time I come to Connecticut to visit my brother I always make sure to stop at Canes. I ordered the Box Combo and it was so good! The chicken is crispy and you can tell that it is fresh. The fries are perfectly salty and I love to dip them into the Canes sauce. The bread is my favorite part of the whole order. It tastes so perfect and I definitely miss it when I travel back. They have some nice music playing and it feels very welcoming. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that you have a nice time. If your in the area it’s definitely worth stopping for.“

“The food was freshly prepared unlike the drive thru cashier's customer service skills. I ordered without stating I had a coupon she informed me I would need to reorder at the drive thru kiosk.
Although annoyed I circled back through the drive thru here's the kicker I forget to mention the coupon again, same cashier takes the coupon at the window.
What a waste of time and my Gas at $3.59 a gallon. Ugh“

“Yesterday night, on August 6, 2026, I ordered two cookies and a small fry from McDonald’s. The cookies took a bit longer than I anticipated, which I understand can happen. However, the young man who took my order was incredibly apologetic and provided excellent service. In most McDonald’s restaurants that have a wait time, the staff tends to have an attitude or act nonchalant when they finally bring the food out. I truly appreciated how the young man acknowledged the inconvenience and was incredibly respectful. Thank you!“
