“I stopped in for Lunch and was greeted by a smiling staff and family. Huge restaurant. I was immediately served chips & salsa, the salsa was served in a nice mini craft which was a nice touch but unnecessary. The chips were thick and i was told, after asking, that they were made in house which i doubt. I ordered a 2 product meal called a Tijuana. I got a pork enchilada and a ground beef tostada. The pork seemed slightly burnt and overly seasoned, the tostada was fresh and crispy, unlike many other mexican restaurants of this ilk, and the rice and beans were staus quo. The plate was extremely hot which always makes me think pre-made and microwaved. Overall I enjoyed my meal and time here but it wasn't anything much different than most of the non-independant mexican restaurants I've been to.“
