“I ordered from the Moe’s app yesterday (which uses an outside delivery service), and the delivery service majorly messed up. They canceled my order after Moe’s had already made it. I called, they said I could pick it up, so we did. My order had been labeled wrong, and when I got home, it wasn’t the right food AT ALL. I called again, and I believe I spoke to a manager who said he would personally remake our food and we could come pick it up. My husband and I made the trek back, ordered our food, turned out the manager had already remade our food and it was waiting up front. However, since we had made another order, he sent us home with both the remade food and additional order and apologized for the mess up. Mind you, I’m 5 months pregnant right now, so when my Moe’s originally came home wrong, it was not a good time in my household 😂 I really appreciate the manager making good on something that was only 50% the store’s fault, and this pregnant lady still got to enjoy her steak quesadilla before an overnight work shift. “I have an E-gift card that I wanted to use. The staff did not know how to manually enter it. There was a nice lady behind us who offered to pay for my meal. The manager said that she would figure it out. She did try very hard but couldn’t. She just waived the charge and gave us the food. I am very appreciative of the manager the lady behind us. This was great customer service and I will be back.“

“I stopped in for Lunch and was greeted by a smiling staff and family. Huge restaurant. I was immediately served chips & salsa, the salsa was served in a nice mini craft which was a nice touch but unnecessary. The chips were thick and i was told, after asking, that they were made in house which i doubt. I ordered a 2 product meal called a Tijuana. I got a pork enchilada and a ground beef tostada. The pork seemed slightly burnt and overly seasoned, the tostada was fresh and crispy, unlike many other mexican restaurants of this ilk, and the rice and beans were staus quo. The plate was extremely hot which always makes me think pre-made and microwaved. Overall I enjoyed my meal and time here but it wasn't anything much different than most of the non-independant mexican restaurants I've been to.“

“I wanted Pho and my mom wanted a burrito bowl. Well she got what she wanted and I got something to never expected, a Phorrito! Pho ingredients in a burrito. And it was pretty amazing!“
