The new dining room is open to customers. They've removed the blue half circle bench and gone with country rustic. Butcher Block tables with black metal accents. The carpet is gone and tile in its place. Sight lines have been opened further.Drive through is quick. Ordering from the inside counter is the same. Meals come out quick & fast. The service team works well together and takes pride in their new surroundings, keeping them clean.
hot and fresh the reason I give a 4 on food because I ordered a bacon ranch chicken sandwich to be told we are out also the self serve station had no condiments like ketchup for your fries many Wendys franchise owners try to cut corners to save money but when your next to a busy mall thats not so wise but I will give it to the staff they were polite and very social where it did make it very soothing and professional.Parking: Plenty of parking

Tried calling this location to speak with a manager regarding a concern, but since no one ever picks up the phone I guess I will leave my concern here. Management should enforce a no cellphone policy while their employees are working the drive thru. I honestly did not feel comfortable paying with my bank card while the employee was on their phone - in this day and age, who is to say that a picture or recording of my bank card was not taken?
