The place is neat and clean and the staff are very friendly, polite, social, and professional. While food quality is generally consistent, some customers have experienced issues with orders, including missing items and incorrect fulfillment. The restaurant offers plenty of parking and a convenient location near a busy mall and is open until 2 AM for some late night munchies.
