Hi my name is Jorge Barco and I work at the Glastonbury location. I am scheduled to work today from 8-1. I will not make it due to being robbed for my phone wallet and car. Theyve since found the car, but it's been vandalized, broken windows and popped tires. I've tried calling the store and leaving a message I've also emailed Miguel Martinez and told him the situation. Best burgers! especially the bacon cheeseburger. I wanted to leave this review specifically because Kavon ( i believe thats the spelling) really has awesome customer service. Not only do you get the sense that everything is under control but he also brings a positive and super friendly vibe. Thats not always easy to find at many fast food style establishments. Thanks for the good experience for me and my son.
So it was buy one get one free night. So of course they guaranteed to be super busy which they were understandably so but it was I believe four four employees maybe five at the most and they absolutely were rocking it. They were killThey were killing it considering the orders out fast a couple thousand burgers 10-hour shift or what not food came out great. Very impressed with the stuff. Management is teaching them very well
