By far the slowest Mcdonalds in CT. Didn’t even give me sauces I included in my order after waiting 15 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me
McDonalds has really gone downhill. I couldn't get a receipt or refill soda. Ordering was a pain, the food was mid and made me sick.
VERY slow customer service as long as they make you wait you’d think some of your items would be complimentary

McDonald's is a wheelchair-accessible restaurant with friendly staff. The employees were patient and helpful to a customer with special needs, providing necessary assistance and ensuring a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant was noted, with visible efforts to maintain a tidy environment. The food was correct and came out semi quickly but cold. Fries were cold and hard. There are only about two people there that speak English so you're going to have to wait if your order is wrong.
