Quick stop on the road. Went inside to order. No humans. Only kiosks that don't take cash. Order times out while I'm fumbling to get a credit card out. Decided to go through the drive through instead where they shorted our order. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, got 2 single burgers without condiments. Never again.

Fine if slightly below average McDonald’s quality but really brings home how everything is getting worse with no refills, entitlement to one napkin, no receipts from the computer, no plastic table numbers at the kiosk, announcement of your number and a bag instead of the table service that was supposed to make up for the kiosk.

There are NO beverage machines in the lobby and refuse to provide refills of any beverages INCLUDING coffee during breakfast. This McDonald's was so behind on the drive thru orders, which made it hard to just pull up and park somewhere to wait for food.
