I had an absolutely amazing experience at Starbucks, and I really want to recognize the manager, Piper. He was beyond fantastic. I honestly haven’t received customer service like that in a long time, and it felt so good to be reminded that there are still genuinely kind people out there.

Piper truly went above and beyond for me he took care of me when he absolutely didn’t have to, and he didn’t cut corners or do the bare minimum. You can tell he actually enjoys his job and cares about people, not just working for a paycheck. That kind of energy and dedication is rare these days, and it made a real difference in my day.
