Ordered 3 drinks, on the mobile app. Went to the store to pick them up, at which point we were turned away due to “staffing issues”. Drive through line has at least 30 cars going into the next business line. When I called we were told no refund is available. I will be placing a complaint with corporate.
I will NEVER go to this location again. Customer service is poor, slow, and unacceptable.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has an amazing staff and great customer service. Matt and the manager, Piper, were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. The staff is friendly, lovely, and genuinely seem to enjoy working with each other. The location has a neat appearance with well kept and clean restrooms, though the hand dryer is too high for kids or someone in a wheelchair. The white chocolate mocha was fine, but one regular coffee with milk tasted burnt and was undrinkable. Orders made ahead are ready on arrival and taste great. This place is always a vibe and the team brightens people's days.
