“We stopped at this Wendy's on a road trip. When we pulled up, it looked closed, bit they were open.

The employees looked to be short handed, but were excellent in service and attitude. Something that is not always the case at fast food restaurants.

The food we ordered seemed to be very fresh. Burgers were excellent, french fries were hot, crisp and perfectly salted. The Frostys were excellent.“

“Great place. Evelyn was super helpful. There was a difficult customer making ridiculous requests, however Evelyn expertly moved every tomato slice in the spot the customer wanted lol. In all seriousness however, she defused the situation in a professional and friendly manner. Quite impressive. My grinders were made quickly and efficiently with friendly and respectful banter. It's not often that a memorable interaction happens at subway but Evelyn went above and beyond. If management doesn't give Evelyn a significant raise by the next time I stop by, I am willing to double her salary...

I took advantage of their mix-ins to get a very creative milkshake, and was impressed by the quality of the mixing: despite the solid stuff added, I was able to drink the whole delicious thing through a straw without leaving anything stuck at the bottom (picture for proof).“

“Order through the drive-thru and realized afterward that they forgot my curly fries. I called them to let them know and they said to come back anytime and thye'll give them to me and they were sorry. When I returned later that night I got the fries back and an entire meal. “I just had an experience in Chick-Fil-A in Enfield CT where an unfortunate moment happened (nothing bad with chick fil a). I was sitting with 4 of my friends and one of the chick fil a workers was bringing one of my friends his milkshake. As she was leaving, he stood up and went to go throw something in the trash but responded to her, commenting on the fact that she forgot to say “my pleasure”. Clearly taken back by it visually, she still maintained complete composure and even gave us a free ice cream which we couldn’t possibly accept. I’m writing this strictly to commend the efforts of this woman, whom I didn’t catch the name of but could recognize by face, and her sheer strength to put her job over her feelings. We of course apologized profusely for our friend (he apologized as well) and I would like to send one last apology to that lovely woman who took care of us tonight. Thank you so much!“

“We stopped by to try the food here, first time we ordered and waited only a few minutes, great service, friendly we met the owner Prince, what a great business owner, very impressive, we also met his sister, it’s also a store inside you can grab a quick soda or even get a scratch timer while you wait, the food came out and it was the best checking we have had in the past 5 years! Better than any take out place. I will be back, 10 out of 10! Great job cooking and great job with customers! You should try it if you’re in the area (my nephews birthday is tomorrow April 15th, he wanted chicfilla but I boroughs him here) best decision ever! This is fresh food!“

“Went tonight 9/3, 9:39pm to pick up and mobile order and because I ask that one of the Baja blast was changed to a Pepsi the girl that was at the drive through window she did it with some attitude visible she was unhappy to change it, she told me next time do it on the app and then she started to laugh with her co-worker. Been working with customer retail service she should know that excellent customer service is a key to success business, make the customer wanted to go back and order, or she doesn’t know that is us who goes and order, eats are the one who pay her salary, if you have a good service you get a good business. So can someone let her or any manager know that If she doesn’t know how to treat customers she should be working in the drive through window. Love this Taco Bell but her actitud is not the best one.“

“Today was my second visit to this location and it was just as good as the first time. The amount of love put into making the Alcapurrias is indescribable. The flavors, the texture and the freshness are always there. What makes it even better is the price, for just 3 dollars, you get a meat filled Alcapurria from start to finish. Having worked in the hospitality industry for a long time myself, I know exactly how demanding frontline service jobs are, and Sara’s overall demeanor was absolutely outstanding. I believe we should reward the positive instead of dwelling on the negative, which is why I’m writing this review. When I needed assistance with my order, she was incredibly accommodating, kind, and resolved it instantly with a great attitude. I also watched her gracefully de-escalate a customer issue that could have easily become difficult. While the manager on duty was less than polite over a minor request and walked away, Sara remained completely patient, polite, and highly professional, keeping her focus entirely on taking care of the guest. In my experience, although I do not frequent fast food establishments regularly, it is rare to see their employees who are this attentive, poised, and genuinely concerned for the customer experience. Sara stood out in the best way possible, and corporate and franchise leadership need to recognize her for her exceptional service and leadership potential. She is an absolute asset to this team! Sometimes the simplest positive action or communication can change the entire outlook of someone’s day. We all need to remember that.“

“The people who work at the Subway Restaurant on Saint James boulevard in Springfield, MA we're bomb! Friendly and professional. Helpful and made me and my family feel welcome. They are also open late which is super convenient because I have had at least 3 incidents at the Subway on Sumner Ave in Forest Park, Springfield; Where I get there 5-6min before they are supposed to close and yet their door is already locked and the employee won't even look up... Smh so not only is it already locked up but the sign in the window still says open and right there printed on the glass door are the hours of operation but the person inside won't even look up and indicate that they are closed because they know they are wrong for doing that to people! This happens alot at this location it's so unprofessional. I'm all set with them I won't return...“

I loved the pan pizza. The soda hit different. Wonderful decor and signage. Once they remade the Mexican pizza it was great.
Breadsticks are rock. Heavy vibes tho and is a historical landmark. Check ur veggie Mexican pizza before eating if you are vegetarian-they screwed it up and my dad was on the toilet.“

“I constantly do doordash for this location, as well order occasionally, and the morning crew is so fantastic and is always on it! The workers are incredibly kind and the manager, I think, blond hair, is always so kind is goes above and beyond! Keep up the great work!!!“

The woman who delivers to my table is quick, efficient, and friendly. 🍳🥞🧇☕️I never caught her name - a kind, gentle Hispanic woman who would always deliver my tray at the far corner. Please consider giving her an extra tip, and to corporate, a raise, because this is what service truly looks like.
