“Yes the burger and Cajun fries were good, but it was the milkshake that made my day. I took advantage of their mix-ins to get a very creative milkshake, and was impressed by the quality of the mixing: despite the solid stuff added, I was able to drink the whole delicious thing through a straw without leaving anything stuck at the bottom (picture for proof).“

“I work in transportation and travel all over New England and eat at many Subway restaurants. This restaurant was by far, the cleanest I have visited. The ingredients were fresh and service was with a smile. I will be sure to stop by again when I am in the neighborhood.“

“I want to give a massive, well-deserved shout-out to Sara Gauthier at the West Springfield location. Having worked in the hospitality industry for a long time myself, I know exactly how demanding frontline service jobs are, and Sara’s overall demeanor was absolutely outstanding. I believe we should reward the positive instead of dwelling on the negative, which is why I’m writing this review. When I needed assistance with my order, she was incredibly accommodating, kind, and resolved it instantly with a great attitude. I also watched her gracefully de-escalate a customer issue that could have easily become difficult. While the manager on duty was less than polite over a minor request and walked away, Sara remained completely patient, polite, and highly professional, keeping her focus entirely on taking care of the guest. In my experience, although I do not frequent fast food establishments regularly, it is rare to see their employees who are this attentive, poised, and genuinely concerned for the customer experience. Sara stood out in the best way possible, and corporate and franchise leadership need to recognize her for her exceptional service and leadership potential. She is an absolute asset to this team! Sometimes the simplest positive action or communication can change the entire outlook of someone’s day. We all need to remember that.“

I loved the pan pizza. The soda hit different. Wonderful decor and signage. Once they remade the Mexican pizza it was great.
Breadsticks are rock. Heavy vibes tho and is a historical landmark. Check ur veggie Mexican pizza before eating if you are vegetarian-they screwed it up and my dad was on the toilet.“

“Upon entering I was immediately greeted by an employee with a polite and effervescent welcome to pride the store was clean and she was behind a shelf I assume doing inventory or something and still made sure I was taken care of her name tag said Mar I will be coming to this location more ofter“

“I love this place when I need fast food stop, it's always hot and delicious. Service is exceptionally friendly, fast, well mannered. We usually go in but today it was just a drive thru pick up. We just finished grocery shopping. Now you get to choose your sides because every time I come to BK I can't ever decide on fries or onion rings but now you can't have both tell them you want halfsies“

“I usually go there at least 1 or 2x a week. I started going to the #288 Park St W SPFLD Wendy's AFTER going to the RIverdale St Wendy's and seeing that they purposely didn't show the Value Meals - Biggie Bags ON THEIR INSIDE RESTAURANT MENU AND charging for large drinks EVEN though you wanted a small or medium. Also, their music was Very Loud! I was there one day and saw 4 small children with their parents WITH ALL LARGE SODAS!! Imagine a child with all that sugar!!

This Wendy's at Park St. is an older site BUT IS VERY CLEAN and employees are very courteous and seem to be working VERY WELL AS A TEAM!

“There is a girl who works here (she was working last night) I don't know her name but she always makes my sandwiches so pretty looking and they taste amazing. I am pregnant so I am a hard critic and I usually don't leave reviews for places but she has made me a regular customer. My husband usually picks up my sub but I asked him to get her name next time so I can add it to my review“
