“YOU MUST EAT HERE!Don't even get me started on my love of Bueno Y Sano. I started eating their burittos when I was an undergraduate student at Umass Amherst in 1997. Of course, part of what I love so much about the restaurant is the memories and nostalgia of the wonderful times spent at the Amherst location. However, the food is absolutely phenomenal. The burittos are big (they roll fatties), flavorful and delicious. The tortillas are perfection. The ingredients are top-notch. The salsa at the salsa bar has been the same delicious, homemade flavor since the day I first tasted it. Truth be told...I've stopped in the restaurant a time or two just to fill a little salsa container so I could get my fix. I'm not sorry about it.While the menu has expanded, the classics have not changed. Chicken, steak, shrimp, or veggie only burittos are perfect and delicious. I have been to the locations in Northampton, Springfield, West Springfield, and Amherst. The food is perfect ? at all of them. Folks, my wife (also Umass alum) and I have flown back from cities all over the world (literally) to find our way back to "Bueno" because we love it so much!! That's how delicious and perfect it is.If anyone ever tells you, "I don't get why you love Bueno Y Sano so much." Or "It's just ok. " Those are NOT your people. They are the same people who probably say they don't like dogs. Don't trust them.Mr. Bob Lowry. I don't know you, but damn it man...I LOVE YOU! You did it, my friend. Thanks to you and the family of employees who make this restaurant chain amazing! ❤️???“

“My post is more about the service than the food. Although I've always been happy with the food I had an experience with a few of the employees yesterday.I was driving down the road right in front of Taco Bell on Morgan Road in West springfield. It was rush hour and as usual it was a lot of traffic and everybody was impatient. The car in front of me had died. Poor girl had her hazards on and all the other drivers passing by her were honking and yelling. I pulled into the parking lot and went out to help the girl push her car out of the road. Not one car stopped. And I'm going to guess that at least 40 to 50 cars passed us.So with her trying to steer and push and me pushing behind her we weren't getting very far and to pull into their parking lot there's a slight upward angle. I couldn't believe that all these cars would leave this poor woman stuck like that. The next thing I know here comes two of the Taco Bell workers rushing out of their job to come and help. They were clearly trying to get it done quick so they weren't away from their job for too long but they too were shocked at the fact that nobody else pulled over to help. One of them was named Jesus and the other was named JP . I went back into the Taco Bell after to thank them and they both very modestly said of course we would help anyone stuc like that. If I owned a business that's the exact kind of employee I would want working for me. I will go one step further and send a letter to corporate for the owner once I figure out how. But if we had more people like Jesus and JP in the world it would certainly be a better place.“

“nice taco bell, not the best area but the food was pretty good and the dude running the window with the glasses was really nice. be careful when navigating the drive thru, its quite narrow and easy to hit the curbs if you are not careful. also entering and exiting the parking lot this taco bell location is in is a bit confusing but overall pretty good for a taco bell in that part of springfield.“

“Good food in little old Enfield. Acapulco serves up the Tex-Mex cuisine that's evolved from Mexican, Texan, Californian, and other influences. Certainly not "authentic Mexican," the food is familiar and comforting. The food is much milder and less aggressively spiced than Tex-Mex closer to the Mexican States, that's probably quite pleasing to most customers in Enfield. The service is always helpful and pleasant. When we come into town and want some quality Tex-Mex comfort food, Acapulcos is at the top of our list, and they always make us very happy.“

“I was in Springfield for some Christmas shopping and on my way home I saw an orange/yellow? food truck on an intersection corner with a taco as one of it's pictures. I should start off by telling everyone that I am NOT a fan of Mexican food whatsoever. But I was hungry and how bad can someone mess up a bland plain chicken taco? I was greeted with a big smile and asked if I wanted to order. I said yes but idk if it's on the menu, I was something with chicken in it, a wrap, rice and beans. He so politely told me that was a burrito and pointed to it on the menu. it had chicken, rice beans, lettuce, tomato, cilantro and I think onions. I'm like YES THAT! Price wasn't all that bad either. Then he told me 10-15 minutes. I was taken aback but said ok. I 100% assumed it would take all 3 minutes to whip up some already cooked chicken and plop it together so when I heard 10-15 I'm like wow this is unexpected, looks like they're going to make it to order! Ten minutes later I go up and grab my food and thank him. This is the part to read: I open up the container and theres two little containers and I open the red one and stick my poor tongue in it... boy... that sauce was HOT. So I bite into the burrito and the first bite is ABSOLUTE BLISS. The wrap is crunchy but also soft and holding everything together, the rice and beans are amazingly seasoned (nowhere near overpowering, just subtle perfection) everything else in the burrito is cooked amazing. I couldn't beieve what I had just ordered. After eating the first half I got out and knocked and told him it was the best burrito I've ever eaten in my entire life and it's also high on my list with one of the best things I've ever eaten. everything just mended together to make this soul warming comfy food experience I NEVER ever would have expected from a food truck in Springfield. TLDR Beat burrito I've ever had in my entire life. Was an amazing experience, hope they keep this up. You have to try it. Thank YOU -Frank“
