“Waited over half an hour for my food, way past the time my app said it would be ready. The workers told us they hadn’t started it 20 mins after I ordered. They also messed up my order. I just want to better understand why online pickup orders are so low on the priority list. 4 stars because I will give the benefit of the doubt, and maybe this was just a very busy day for the staff.“

I loved the pan pizza. The soda hit different. Wonderful decor and signage. Once they remade the Mexican pizza it was great.
Breadsticks are rock. Heavy vibes tho and is a historical landmark. Check ur veggie Mexican pizza before eating if you are vegetarian-they screwed it up and my dad was on the toilet.“

“Im not gonna lie. I been going to this West Springfield location for the past 7 years now and they have had their ups and downs. During and after covid they were quite terrible and it was a gamble anytime you would go with the amount of chicken they would give. But in the past few months, things have changed. I don’t know if being nice to the worker scooping the chicken helps or not but I have been getting great portion sizes recently. The taste has been on point too with their rice and chicken seasoning. I know some chipotles don’t season the rice or chicken as well so that is why I am adding that.“

“We ordered the biria tacos, they were so delicious. The fish and shrimp taco was on point. Also the shrimp tacos were to die for. You will not be disappointed.“

“Ordered through the app, a very smiley and friendly woman greeted me when I walked in. She took care of me right away. Got the order to work and everything looked great. My burrito was delicious (and enough for my dinner to match). My boss was excited to try his. My coworker is on her way there now after seeing how good it looked. Thanks!“
