“We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. We had a 9 year old in the group and Chris made sure that he had exactly what he wanted. The evening was terrific. Service and food was superb. We would definitely go back if we are in town again. A big thank you to Chris and the entire staff!”

“This is my go to place for Indian food, the food is amazing, lots of gluten free options which I love. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes if you choose pickup but the food is always fresh and delicious!

“These folks are amazing!! My daughter and her fiancée hired them to cater their wedding. The staff went out of their way to make everyone happy, bringing coffee out early when the weather was much colder than anyone expected in mid June. Chef Jeff Daigneau did everything in his power to make everything perfect, including making pizzas in the pouring rain. The BEST!!!”

“I have always loved Richards! Recently i ordered a catering order -30 sandwiches with chips, drinks, cookies the whole 9. I chose to pick up and they helped me load my car, we’re super friendly, and everyone absolutely loved the sandwiches! Shortly after i left, they called saying they had forgotten to give us our water. I didn’t have time to go back, so I suggested that they just credit me. Instead, they went above and beyond and delivered the waters to the conference I was hosting!!!! Highly recommend”

“I placed an order for 2 milkshakes and a large Cajun fry. The lady who took our order definitely messed up my milkshake. It tasted like straight vanilla. I went back up to the counter and waited a good 30 seconds before the guy taking other peoples orders saw me standing there and got someone’s attention. The name on my receipt was Isaac R. I really hope Isaac gets the recognition he deserves because he made sure my order got fixed and even made sure I was happy with the new milkshake before I left. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied before I even got close to the door. His customer service was 10/10. (I was having a terrible day before this and wanted a milkshake because they’re always so good. He definitely made my night!)”

“Long day traveling from Dallas to Newark to Springfield MA……. Exhausted! Ordered lasagna and salad for delivery to hotel. Service was fast. The lasagna was hot. Portion was HUGE. Salad was fresh and perfect amount of tomatoes and cucumbers. Great ending to a long day. I’ll be having lasagna for breakfast.”

“We were driving from Boston to Fulton NY and broke down .
I stayed in the Outback with my mom for four and half hours waiting for tow trucks and a ride north.
My mom has dementia.
The people working that day were wonderful!
They let her do what she needed to do.. random walks touching things and staring out for long stretches of time.
We felt very welcomed.
..and I order a small bowl of spicy chilli that was really good!!!
..I did ask for extra spice when I ordered.. so not sure what the level normally is... But mine was great!

“As much as I hate to admit it, I'm here several times a week. The food is consistently good. The staff is attentive and friendly. Drinks are always refilled when they need to be . You don't have to look around for a server. I would highly recommend the peel and eat shrimp, the shrimp fettuccine, and, while I hate to admit it, the mac and cheese. If you come on a Saturday or sunday, there is the joy of snow crab legs. Bon appetit.”
