Ummm I wanted to love this! Rico the bartender was giving us more attention than our actual bartender. She kept serving everyone else. Over charged us… And my food was cold cold. Wings and Brussels. I hate that this is my review honestly but god this night sucked. And I’m hungry going to heat and season my food myself.
We had a large party of 14 and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Colleen was our server and she never lost her smile or her professionalism. She kindly provided separate checks for our different groups, the food came out quickly, and even brought out a cake I brought with candles on it. I appreciated that Wood-N-Tap allowed us to bring our own cake, and they even cut and served it. For a chain...this is excellent in every way, much better than competitors of same genre. West Springfield location is better than the Enfield site.
