My post is more about the service than the food. Although I've always been happy with the food I had an experience with a few of the employees yesterday.I was driving down the road right in front of Taco Bell on Morgan Road in West springfield. It was rush hour and as usual it was a lot of traffic and everybody was impatient. The car in front of me had died. Update:Olivia reached out to to go over the situation.Came back few days later today, was immediately noticed and pleasantly taken care of by a lovely guy, and the food was good.As someone who's also in the food service industry, people like that are rare.
