I want to give a massive, well-deserved shout-out to Sara Gauthier at the West Springfield location. Having worked in the hospitality industry for a long time myself, I know exactly how demanding frontline service jobs are, and Sara’s overall demeanor was absolutely outstanding. They make mistakes on my modifications but it's Taco bell I always love it
Waited over half an hour for my food, way past the time my app said it would be ready. The workers told us they hadn’t started it 20 mins after I ordered. They also messed up my order. I just want to better understand why online pickup orders are so low on the priority list. 4 stars because I will give the benefit of the doubt, and maybe this was just a very busy day for the staff.

Taco Bell on Morgan Road in West Springfield is known for having exceptional employees. Two workers, Jesus and JP, went above and beyond to help a stranded driver, despite the lack of assistance from other passing vehicles. The restaurant's staff is dedicated to providing excellent service, and customers appreciate their kindness and professionalism. However, there have been instances where customers have experienced poor service, such as a recent incident where a customer was left waiting for 20 minutes to place a cash order, only to be told that the kiosk didn't accept cash payments. Despite this, the food is generally good, and the restaurant offers a quick service option.
