This is not a place to eat in with the family, there are no aesthetics but don’t let that be why you don’t try it. Don’t be fooled. The experience is in the food! Best Asian food in Chicopee in my opinion. I recommend the salt and pepper wings (these are spicey but the best wings you’ll ever have), their lo mein is really good, Godzilla roll for sushi, and our favorite is their beef Ramen ? Prices are fair but food taste, quantity, and quality is worth the their prices. Owner is super sweet and always a pleasure to talk to when ordering food. 100% recommend!”

“I have updated my original review twice since my first visit.
I absolutely love their grilled chicken filets for breakfast! A great source of protein without the carbs and they taste amazing every time!
I get their biscuits for my aunt, and she says they are the closest she has ever had to her southern grandmother's homemade ones which were a favorite in our family.
I can't say enough about how friendly, professional and attentive their staff is. They seem to go above and beyond everytime I visit.
I also like using their app to pre order my food and they start preparing your order fresh when you arrive via the GPS on your phone. I've never had a issue with my orders and you get points to redeem towards items on their menu if you use the app which is a nice bonus feature.
They also have a variety of yummy sauces!

This was my first time going here and I really liked it . I had a yummy grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce , only 310 calories so good for for me and others trying so hard to loose weight, eat healthier and live better. The store was very cean and cozy
The restrooms were clean and their is a nice play area for kids and outdoor seating. A manager even approached me after my meal to give me a mint candy and ask how my meal was. Wow! I love that. I will be going back for sure.

So I've been back since my original review and it has only gotten better. Their chicken soup is yummy and not full of calories. I usually get the grilled chicken but today I tried the fried chicken tenders and they were a wonderful treat for me with a little honey mustard. Staff is EXTREMELY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. This location is always very clean and they are always busy but I didn't have any trouble getting a seat inside to enjoy my fantastic meal.
This isn't fast food but good food fast.”

“I have not been to Arby's in well over a decade. I was in the area today and stopped by on a whim. I ordered from the app and my food was ready for me and waiting by the time I got from the parking lot into the building. That's how fast the service was. And the food did not suffer for it, everything was excellent, tasted better than I remember to be honest, and I definitely won't go so long without stopping in again. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and while I didn't try it, he said that it is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich and that "anyone who tries it will be a convert".

They've closed off almost ALL of the big space they've got inside the place so it's a very tight squeeze from the door to the counter.. Where there's two dine in seats so i literally had to order and was handed my food over two people's heads that we're trying to eat. Ill only call for delivery for now on..”

I've only had one issue w an incorrect order before and even tho management eventually provided gift cards for the inconvenience, they were pretty reluctant to at first...it was also the only option they were willing to offer because they refused to provide a refund.”

“Today I stopped by and got Malanga, Arroz con Gandules and Pollo Guisado. The women serving are warm and helpful, the small space is clean and very well organized. You feel like you are with family when being served. I really loved the food. Somebody put extra effort into cooking it. The flavor of the arroz con gandules is special and delicious. The chicken, a perfect blend of sofrito, tomato and rich sauce with a few potatoes and carrots that make a good balance. Delicious! The mananga tasted fresh and a great consistency. Great contrast with the vinegar onions on top. I can't wait to go back. I really hope this place does well because they are putting a lot of love and effort into the preparation and cooking.

He took my order and then never told me it was ready another customer told me mine was there and when I got home it was missing two donuts not a pleasant experience today it was at about 10 o’clock so I don’t know who was working but he is not a nice individual and I don’t believe He is in a job that suits his personality oh and by the way the customer that told me mine was ready was an employee of BJ’s and he was very talkative and kind to her just thought I would share my unpleasant experience”
