“I love Romanos Pizza, my boyfriend and I always order there but there was this 1 stupid driver last night with really bad attitude because SHE was at the wrong address and told us that “we should know where we live”. She gave my boyfriend a lot of attitude when he was trying to explain that he was outside and she wasnt there. She kept insisting she was at the right address (she was at apt 8C ours is 1C) and kept telling us we need to learn where we live, this is our apartments not hers, shes at the right place and WE were the ones at the wrong place. HOW? She drives an orange car with black hair. We will never be tipping her. Awful customer service. And on top of that, they are always leaving out some ingredients on our subs. The brochure states it comes with lettuce, mayo, tomato and cheese but yet never comes with any of that. If we have to ask for it, they should state that. But other than that, I do love their food.“
“This is our first time here and tried their breakfast sandwiches. These were very well made and delicious. The coffee was great as well. The service, quality of food and the great staff here were a pleasure. The place is clean and well maintained. There are plenty of tables. We will most definitely return here often! It's cute&clearly very popular during weekday lunch, on a pedestrian only street with potential but... of the 5 sandwiches 2 were very bland, the tuna wasn't warm or cheese melted, but one was good my son said, & one was the smallest pb&j my 6y had ever seen! My mom got the sweet potato bowl & it was small& disappointing in flavor. Slow for lunch due to the order ahead option we didn't know about...Parking: Google sent us to wrong front entrance, have to use entrance on pedestrian street“

I ordered an eggplant ? and garlic calzone thinking it was going to be a small portion. To my surprise ? it was HUGE for only $15!!!! I ate a quarter of it and was so stuffed. I had to get a to-go-container. My family ordered spaghetti ? and large meatballs. They couldn't finish their portions either.Unfortunately the service was not my cup of tea. Extremely disappointed. I had to bag my own food and wait a considerably long time to be served. Somewhat ignored by the waiter.I would have given this restaurant a one star or negative zero star rating because of the poor customer service. However, the food was way too good to mess up such greatness! I hope they'll have waitresses with a better quality of service soon. “This is a quirky place. Very limited menu. There are only 6 dinner choices plus an additional couple specials. It wasn't easy to find something for everyone but the food we chose was excellent. We had fried chicken and biscuit and the dumplings for apps. Both were very good. I ended up with the braised short ribs with a fried potato cake. It was really delicious. The potato was outstanding!! My husband had crab cakes and roasted potatoes, which he enjoyed. The wait staff were great. Super friendly and they were all dressed cute with space buns in their hair. They definitely enhanced the experience. I wouldn't rush back just because there aren't enough choices but the food is quality and what we had we really enjoyed.“

I had The Devil Made Me Do It (egg salad with bacon and pickles) because it's something I wouldn't make for myself at home. It was delicious! My husband had the pulled pork sandwich and he loved it. “Killer wings! We are definitely wing “snobs” and these are the best local wings in the area . Meaty , sauced and cooked perfectly and had that crispy exterior that makes wings go from good to great . Friendly bartender suggested the wings and who also made a great expresso martini ! We will be back. A little bit upset we haven’t been here for wings previously because we only live 10 mins away . That’s about to change!“

I've never gotten bad food from them, ever(which is truly saying something because I go there and order from there quite often 10/10.
