Just had a great experience ordering takeout. The food was ready on time, the employees were friendly and smiling, and it tasted delicious.
We got pickup. There were no customers there when we got there and while the associate was helpful she did not feel real friendly. We had to wait a little before our order was ready but there was no offer to give the drink cup to fill while we waited and too much focus on labeling everything when we were right there (though that could be a corporate thing
Found this while traveling. Very sorry to see they are only in western Mass and CT. Would love one closer to home. Very good paninis and milkshakes. Even my picky eater enjoyed her sandwich.
