“I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. My mom is in a nursing home and I bring her there food at times and let me tell you this little stubborn Italian loves it. From the sauce to the food it's self. This staff goes above and beyond to make sure your treated like family and I know that's what I am looking for. Emma keep up the great work......”

“We had our wedding reception at Shortstop's banquet room this past weekend. The food was incredible and Monica and her staff were the best. I had many guests come to me complimenting the food, staff and owner/chef Monica. It was a day I'll remember even more so thanks to this great venue. I highly recommend Shortstop for any special event.”

“First time to this particular Applebee's. Not overly impressed. Freezing cold inside and we were a good ways away from the door. Seated immediately, waitress came right over with menus and asked about beverages. I can't eat cilantro. Allergic. I AM ServeSafe certified and know the food rules very well. It took our waitress THREE times going back and forth from our table to the kitchen to figure out what to do about my request to leave it off my meal. She and I'm thinking the chef are kinda rough around the edges when it comes to allergies. They, by law must be all ServeSafe certified. I have my responsibility to speak up. I did but they were stymied about what to do with it.
When the food came it was correct. Except my mango lemonade was straight up lemonade. I was too afraid to ask to fix it after the cilantro drama so I just dealt with it. My niece was happy with her meal. Check came quickly and payment went flawlessly considering I paid in cash and most places prefer card.
Just retrain the staff on allergies and how to punt when it gets thrown at them. And turn up the heat. It was 45 degrees outside and we FROZE inside. Never warmed up in the hour we were there.”

“Here is a place for truck driver to stop before heading to C&S. Food is really good and stop buy something. Drivers don't leave the place a mess, if you are a trash bag truck driver keep on driving by. Truck need to protect this place”

“I cannot recommend Frosted Peaks Bakery highly enough!! Lisa was very communicative and helpful when planning my designs, and very accommodating when I had to change the delivery address last minute. She was also astoundingly prompt - she said she would drop off the cookies at 4PM, and she was there right on the dot.

The cookies were absolutely beautiful and made my sister's bridal shower so special. Our guests loved them and were thrilled that they not only looked pretty, but tasted absolutely delicious :)

I will definitely be ordering cookies here again for future events. 10/10 - outstanding!!!”

“Phyl is fantastic--she's fun, easy to talk to, and goes the extra mile to take care of her customers (even if that means delivering them cake tasting samples in the middle of a rainstorm!). Phyl was so easy to work with, using primarily text message and a few phone calls to connect. Her cake was DELICIOUS (and got so many compliments from our guests), and it was incredibly reasonably-priced in comparison to all the other shops we looked at. We will come back to Phyl for all our custom cake needs in the future.”

“My first visit to Skyline Beer Company was yesterday, to bring my kiddos to their advertised Easter Egg hunt, and I will certainly be back. Great beer, (enjoyed the B Berry) as well as great food and an expansive menu (had a delicious Buffalo chicken wrap, which I am quite a snob about, a basket of yummy dill pickles was the perfect appetizer/munchies for the kids and adults, great truffle tries). Because of the event, the place was quite packed and very busy, but the staff held it down. It really speaks volumes that they took the time and effort to hold such a great, family friendly event at their establishment, and I will be thrilled to come back again in the near future, especially in the warmer months so we can also take advantage of that gorgeous hilltop view.”

When it’s slow I always see employees cleaning the equipment and stocking. They always suppose each other. I love visiting this location as I always have a good experience. “Just ordered pizza and wings for delivery and it was such a quick delivery especially for it being super bowl Sunday! Just the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings it’s not overwhelming on any one ingredient. I love when cheese gets those crispy brown delicious spots on top and this is loaded with those 🤤🤤❤️❤️ crust is the perfect texture, just the right amount of crunch and chew. My mom and I used to go to the original Boston Bay when they first opened in Chicopee and I love having the option to get the same great food now that I live in Westfield!”

“The staff at *this* Dunkin’ Donuts on Elm St. are always smiling! I’ve been going here several times a week for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how sweet and welcoming every drive-through employee is! The manager clearly does a great job at hiring passionate people to run the window. I know my coffee will always be right and my sandwich is always on point and I can depend on service always speedy! I wish they could take tips!! Keep up the great job!”

“Delicious , this is my go-to place for lunch and dinner. We got a Pho, chicken wings, Alo Saigon Fried rice, pork shumai and ice teas. The fried rice has pork, chicken and shrimp with that smoky taste from the wok that makes it delicious. Chicken wings as always are a must, savory sweet sauce, lightly covered. The Pho is so refreshing, well seasoned. We ordered a baked Pork Bun that was great, didn’t make it to the photo. Not forgetting portions are well served.”
