“Two words… All caps.. THE CAKE! Listen, you gotta get a cake from this place. First, I would like to say I’m not from western Mass, I’m from Rhode Island. My partner and I stayed close by for their birthday and I took a shot in the dark in ordering a cake for them here. I called this place, asked for a specific cake for a person who doesn’t like fruit and got a buttercream caramel, chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse. (I wanted to really avoid the typical.) When I tell you, that my partner and I stuffed our faces with that glorious cake… I mean it. I mean, It was chocolatey, but not fake chocolatey, it was sweet but not too sweet and it was MOIST. We have a famous bakery in Rhode Island called “Wright’s Dairy Farm,” I’ve been getting their cakes for YEARS. They don’t stand a chance to this absolute delight! I wish I was able to try more from them. Just wonderful!“
“I visit this location 1 to 2 times a week. They have fantastic service and very consistent food. The staff is friendly and go out of the way to be extra welcoming. It is also a great place to bring your computer to get work done without anyone bothering you. I always look forward to going there.“
“Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite.The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocksWheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“
“I go to this Dunkin' specifically because of the wonderful staff! I usually stop after class and grab something to eat and drink. They always make every order perfect and are super kind and nice. I'll always keep coming back to this Dunkin! :“
“This is an updated dunkin' donuts with new decor. Easy access from a main road and is one of the more consistent dunkins in town. Staff is consistent and works quickly to get orders out. The morning can be very busy and I have witnessed people become overwhelmed with the number of orders but I have had consistent food and my order was always correct.“
“Just left there and was totally impressed with the customer service I received from Michael in drive-up! It was so good that my teenage daughters were complimenting him on how great he was! I had to tip him because he deserved that AND MORE! Give Michael a bonus! It’s customer service like that ... that keep us coming back! It’s not every day that you receive friendly, fast, and accurate service in drive-up anywhere!! Fantastic job, Michael!“

“What a lovely place. Very friendly staff. The coffee was very nice, not extra hot like I asked, but still very good coffee. The atmosphere is nice and they're clearly always busy! The cheddar biscuit was tasty too, but should have been warmed up a little longer to not be cold in the middle.“
